I hate going to the dentist, but the staff made it enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and explained the procedure before it was done. They made me feel comfortable, offered all of the modern technology... they even offered me a blanket to keep me comfortable. I found my forever dentist :) More

My first time going there was AWESOME! The lady at the front desk was great but I don't remember her name. She was tall, skinny and light skinned with a great smile & the lady that cleaned my teeth was also very nice as well her name was ROSY . I'll definally be back in the near future. Now I have to amend this review. This place is a rip off. I was told that if I sign up for a smile more club for $5 a month that my future treatments would be discounted and that $5 I pay every month would go towards my treatment. The first time I came they took the balance from my monthly fees off my treatment. I came bk to finish my treatment and now they claim that's not how the program works. This will definitely be my last visit!! More

I have anxiety when going to dentist, but everyone was understanding, compassionate, and helped me through it. The office is very nice and relaxing. Massage chairs and relaxing music add to experience and reduced my anxiety. More

Mint dentistry is not like your regular dentist, they have Netflix to watch throughout your visit and also give out iPads and beats headphones to take through out your visit. If you need any dental work done they will do it the same day. The doctor and staff is very informative and sweet. My son used to hate going to the dentist and after going to MINT he asks to come back and get his teeth cleaned. The hygienist Martin is very patient and does a great job! I would recommend MINT to everyone and anyone. It's quick, painless and also enjoyable! The staff is super friendly and take care of any concerns you might have! 5 stars MiNT dentistry! More

I was extremely nervous to come to the dentist especially since it has been 7 years since the last time I visited a dentist office. My first impression when I walked in was WOW this is unlike any other dentist office. A deline was very friendly, the assistant cindy was great and made me feel more relaxed, the doctor was great she explained everything so I could understand, Kim was very comforting, nice and made me feel at ease. I also met the office manager Tamra and she was really nice and asled did I need anything and to let her know if I did. I will be coming back for my fillings and I will let all my friends and family know about Mint Dentistry. More

I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the service and staff. I had a lot of dental work as a kid and have been so scared of the dentist ever since however, the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest front office representative Ashley. When I went to the back Brittnay really took care of me. Dr. Cartwright is amazing. She was very thorough in her explanation of the type of treatment I could receive with my congenital deformation in my mouth. I fought back tears the entire time because for over 20 years I've been embarrassed with my teeth. The dental hygienist was awesome and made my cleaning experience one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be referring all my friends. More

Today was my first visit with Mint Dentistry in Cedar Hill, TX. I was greeted with smiling warm faces and bubbly personality. As a kid i ranned out the Dental Office and never came back until today. But Delilah assisted me and made it very calm and comfortable for me. Lol. Then I met Dr. Lamaestra who was very soft spoken. He explained very clear what was going on and what needed to be done. So I'm a currently working at Mint Dentistry Pasadena and I can honestly say that I love it! I had originally applied for dental assistant position but they actually hired me as a treatment corrdinator it was something new but I have learned a lot I really enjoy what I do especially when I present treatment to patients and help them out with great pricing. Just the fact of seeing how there faces light up also enjoy doing the patient videos I have a great time with that. I enjoy my co workers here at mint it's more like family then just co workers everyone one is so sweet and very knowledgable. Dr. Desai is awesome and Jonathan the office manager is very understanding and knowledgable as well. Everyday I have that spark to be at work with that minty attitude. More

I have not been to the dentist in 2 years so I was a little wary getting back in for a cleaning. I was blown away by the service I received here! Above and beyond! From the moment I walked into Mint Dentistry to the time I left it was an amazing experience. The decorations were so luxurious, I loved the black & white lobby theme (great Houston Skyline photo, chess board etc) and does not look like your typical dental office. Adeline at the front warmly welcomed me with a smile and helped me with all my paperwork, she even offered me drebeats and iPad for entertainment. Cindy, the assistant, made me feel comfortable, really nice and made the whole process easy and smooth. Ultimately, my dental work experience was amazing, massage chair, music and all. Kim was the best dental hygienist, very informative and made the deep cleaning procedure painless. Tamera, the office manager, was very kind and explained how it affordable it was with a great program. Luci was also knowledgeable, so much team work!I will definitely be coming here for my dental work and let all my friends know about Mint! More

I know, I know, you might be saying to yourself, "I'm just saying that because I go there, right? Wrong, from coming in and making a first time patient appointment, you are greeted with genuine kindness and hospitality. Smiles from front desk staff and everything. Now Dr. C. Brown is awesome. She gives it to you straight and knowledgeable and easy on the eyes too! So those commercials you hear on K104.5 throughout the day and scrolling through HD screens, is not all hype. I wanted to take time to recognize one of your employees, Dr. Stephanie Vera, who took care of me and provided excellent customer service. Normally I am scared of dentists, in particular I dread the painful shots that frequently accompany a visit. For my latest visit, I went in for a root canal. The last time I went in for a root canal it took me two weeks to recover so you can imagine I was not looking forward to another one. However, I had Dr. Vera as my dentist and it was a new experience. She was personable from beginning to end and kept me informed during every step of the process. Most importantly, she kept the pain to a minimal level which allowed me to recover and go back to work by the next day. From the beginning of the root canal to the moment she finished putting on the crown it was as pleasant as an experience like this can be and I commend Dr. Vera for her professionalism throughout this procedure. The whole experience from being checked in to finishing, my appointment has been great. She has become my new Dentist and Mint is the place to go..Thank you Mint Dentistry and Dr. Vera! More

So, I had been experiencing excessive pain in my upper left gums for about 3 days. I even went to an Emergency Clinic & they couldn't tell me what was wrong, they just gave me pain killers & sent me home. Not only did MINT squeeze me into their completely Booked solid (through July) schedule...but within minutes of seeing me they knew what it was. The staff & dentists at MINT are amazing. The second you walk in their doors you're greeted like family. They were able to treat me, fix my tooth pain and get me out of there within an hour...and I feel GREAT! I was kinda nervous about the procedure we were doing and their wonderful staff literally cheered me on as the dentist worked on Me. I have never had a better experience than I have had at MINT, not to mention you get to Listen to Pandora or watch Netflix using custom MINT Beats Headphones during every procedure. It's truly the Most Fab Dentistry around!! More

First off, I have an irrational fear of dentists. I know I will be fine but my body shakes and I get all clammy... the only bad thing I have to say is that I waited far too long in the waiting room and that intensified my fear. The front staff was appologetic and tried to comfort me though. I have not been to a dentist in 12 years so I feared the worst.
