"Immediate warm and friendly greeting ! Everyone was professional and friendly from the front desk throughout the back and throughout the entire visit! My hygienist whom I believe name was charlotte knew that I had a sensitivity issue with my teeth and was very gentle throughout my procedure. The front desk gave me my paperwork with all information including what my copays might be, total for any work that needed to be done everything, I honestly didn’t have a single question to ask! They provided me with everything and ready to schedule my next appointment to have it all immediately taken care of now THATS EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! Well done Mint Density! "I had my appointment at Mint Dentistry and honestly, for the first time in my life, going to the dentist was actually a pleasant experience. I have very sensitive teeth, and even for regular cleanings I usually need anesthesia because of the pain. This time, Charlotte worked her magic — she did a deep cleaning with no anesthesia and, unbelievably, no pain at all. Her hands are truly amazing.Afterward, Dr. Zubillaga did an excellent job diagnosing a tooth that I thought needed to be extracted and gave it a second chance.
