I have been a client of Mint Dentistry since 2012..we originally started in the S Arlington office and then moved to N Arlington which was closer to our home at the time . We now live in Mansfield, TX and still trek the 20 miles to this location. The staff is always friendly, professional, caring, and studious. Today, I called and spoke with Ms. Destiny and she answered all of my questions pertaining to how insurance benefits/payments worked when you have two insurance providers, my account status, when Mint went out of network with my insurance and when my next upcoming appt was . Although, my insurance considers Mint Dentistry out of network we will not go anywhere else for our dental needs! They actually treat us like family at this location! 🥰 More

My husband and I have been going here for a couple of years. Destiney, at the front desk, is always welcoming and kind. My husband saw Megan this time and she was very nice and happily answered all of my many questions. We will continue our dental care with them. More

My son and I have been to this location over the past 6 years. Always a great experience. Today I just received my cleaning from Faron. She was thorough, quick, and friendly! More

Dr Marahatta is a rock star, he pulled a tooth for me and, some how made it a good experience. I know thats weird but, the mans got the skills. He listened to me and acted accordingly. I honestly did not feel much pain during the procedure and the after math of it has been surprisingly non painful! I HIGHLY recommend him. More

Eliana was my hygienist today, and I was truly impressed with her service. She thoroughly explained the science behind periodontal cleanings, including the significance of their frequency. Not only did she explain what she was doing, but she showed me as well. And for the first time, I actually saw a demonstration of how to properly floss. I've been coming to Mint Denistry for about 3 or 4 years now and they ate absolutely the best. They make sure your teeth are healthy and strong all the time. I just finished my appointment at Mint Dentistry. I am beyond impressed ! I was anxious to go to another dentist due to the horrible experience with another dental clinic who left me in tears and pain. The Dentist was very nice, professional and spotted an issue I didn’t know I had today. He was quick with coming up with a plan and addressed every issue I had during my appointment.My dental hygienist Farren was absolutely amazing! After going through another procedure I’m genuinely surprised and happy with the treatments I’ve received. I also recommended Mint Dentistry to my co-worker and her husband got a root canal and was genuinely impressed and happy as well! My mom and brother go as well and they have also said the same thing! Mint dentistry (off of Collins and Copeland in Arlington Texas) was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Checking in was super-fast and simple. The dental assistant Juan really set the standard. Juan took time to explain every step of what he was doing. He even made my experience a vibe. I’m not sure how he knew what my pandora playlist was but he was on point. And… the dental chair is a massage chair. The doctor was very informational. The lady that did my teeth cleaning was very gentle. Even the facility manager was cool. For my first time at a new dental facility, Mint Dentistry (N. Arlington) hit the mark . Destiny was great at the front office support. The other dental assistance that did the x-rays were fabulous and the office personnel, he wrapped it all up. I don’t where to start. The entire staff from the welcoming of the receptionist to the procedure done with the surgeon. It was excellent! I was scared about my tooth being extracted and this staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Even if you're terrified of the dentist, schedule an appointment here!!! Since moving to Texas in 2022, I've seen five dentists, and this is the only dentist who was truly able to make me feel safe and calm during the entire procedure, kept me informed of costs, offered payment plans, and made sure I knew what to do in the future to take care of my teeth. I got overwhelmed and cried during the teeth cleaning (even with nitrous and numbing gel) and the hygienist patiently gave me a moment to calm myself down. She actively communicated with me the whole time and frequently mentioned how good I was doing during the cleaning. This experience was entirely different than any other dentist I've been to in the DFW area and I would recommend them over everyone else. I feel like I'm finally on track to taking good care of my teeth and I'm so appreciative of them for their compassion. More

I went to Mint for the 1st time today. I've been with my Dentist since around 2015. Noone has even looked at my mouth. However, I wanted to go somewhere closer to my house..so Mint it was. It's a beautiful cozy office. Everyone was so nice and polite. I loooved my hygienist. She was extremely thorough. I love when they are not afraid to dig in and get behind those far back teeth. There was no pain and my mouth felt really clean. I wish I knew everyone's name that interacting with me today. I would proudly share. I did need alittle extra work done on my mouth. They were very detailed with next steps and what i needed to do. While my procedure didn't qualify for the smile plan, I left feeling comfortable to move forward with another plan that will accommodate me and the work I need to complete . It was a great experience. More

I had my root canal here! Dr.Chen and his team were great! They were totally understanding of my extreme dental anxiety and let me wear headphones during my procedure so I didn’t have to listen to them talk about what they were doing in my mouth (it freaks me out more). I had avoided the dentist for 12 years after horrible experiences as a child and teenager but thanks to the team at north Arlington mint, I’m going to conquer that fear this year and get my oral health back where it needs to be! Sam checked me in and made sure to cover all paperwork associated with my visit. I waited for roughly 5 mins before images were taken by another young lady (so sorry I forgot to get her name) that was also very detailed in making sure the images would turn out perfect. Dr. Chen came in and discussed things he saw from my images and spoke on what will need to be done for me to get my sexy smile back lol! Faron (I hope I spelled her name right) cleaned my teeth and had the most delicate touch while doing so. She asked if I was ok multiple times just to make sure I wasn't in any pain or experiencing discomfort. After my cleaning, Kristen spoke with me about my active treatment plan and payment options which I appreciate tremendously. My follow-up appointment to start my treatment plan AND follow-up cleaning were both scheduled before I could get up from the WONDERFUL massage chair. If you are terrified to go to the dentist, putting your dental hygiene in the hands of the wonder staff at Mint Dentistry at this location will ease all of your worries. AMAZING JOB EVERYONE and keep up the GREAT work!!! 12/26 Update: Soooooo, I went back to have an extraction done and of course my nerves had me on 1000! My Bp shot up like crazy 168./114. With it being as high as it was, the team was VERY concerned about doing the work, but they allowed me time to calm down and recommended me to see my pcp as soon as possible Now, for some, this may be a small things, but the sure care about my over all health shows that there are still good humans in this world. After 5-7 minutes Adriana came in and took my pressure again and it lowered a bit. Dr. Medina came in shortly thereafter and explained the procedure to me before beginning. The extraction took all of 20 minutes and guess what? I felt ZERO pain. Again, if you are ever in need of any work done you gotta come here. I love it here. For a long time I had an insurance that mint didn't accept, and I hated my last dentist's office. I'm so glad to be back! My wait was very reasonable, deep cleaning, xrays and exam done in less than an hour. My hygienist, Faron, was AWESOME! Very quick working, careful, thorough and checked on how I was doing often. So gentle she got the deep cleaning done without having to use shots, only numbing gel. Excited to come back soon! More
