"Business Review for Mint DentistryI recently visited Mint Dentistry for an appointment and had a mixed experience. While I arrived 10 minutes early, I ended up waiting for an hour and a half, which was quite frustrating, especially since I had taken time off work for this appointment. I have to be honest; I was upset about the long wait.However, I want to commend the reception staff for their professionalism. They were very apologetic and explained that the delays were caused by early morning thunderstorms, which created a backlog. Although my tone may not have been the most pleasant, I appreciated their understanding.What truly turned my experience around was the kindness and personal attention from the entire staff. They know how to de-escalate a situation and make their patients feel valued. I especially want to give a shoutout to my hygienist, who left a personal note in my goody bag wishing me good luck on my triathlon race in July. That thoughtful gesture made my day!Overall, despite the initial frustration with the wait time, Mint Dentistry's exceptional customer service and attention to detail really stood out.
