Let’s start from the door. You walk in and the team greets you. The office is clean and open; doesn’t feel like your typical dentist office. Delmer was especially kind and attentive. OMG! Talking about a place never fails and has amazing. Customer service and Beautiful Black Excellence all in one!!! Dr.Ancar, Mahalia, and Latrice were absolutely the best. The ambience and the facility is very smooth and welcoming, they’ll play music for you in the background, but still allow you to switch a station if you’re not comfortable with that music, and they are the most kindest and polite and patient people ever. This visit was my second time getting a wisdom tooth pulled, and it was the smoothest process ever. I did not feel any pain leaving or after the numbing medication wore off. And I purposely took three extra days to make sure that there were no complications or I was just daydreaming, but no, they removed my tooth so smoothly. They care about your teeth very much. I already have a beautiful smile, but I get more compliments about my smile after going to Mint Dentistry for I believe two years now. if you have not tried them out, I suggest you do so. Mint Dentistry in College Park was honestly a great experience overall. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything feel smooth from check-in to checkout. Customer service was top tier, and you can tell they really try to make patients comfortable and taken care of.My cleaning went well, and the office itself was clean, modern, and organized. The only downside for me was that I wasn’t offered protective glasses or a shield during the cleaning. The overhead light was extremely bright and ended up giving me a migraine afterward..Other than that, I’d absolutely give them 5 stars for service, professionalism, and overall experience. From the time I walked in to when I walked out NOTHING but excellence … I told them I get anxiety coming to the dentist I was going to another Mint location and the experience was not good at all BUT this location made up for it 20 times over. I am a new patient as of today. My overall experience was great. Latrice (RDH) was so nice and she took great care of me. Dr. Ancar was so nice as well she was very informative, make sure she let me know everything I needed to know about my teeth and my dental plan. I had wisdom teeth extractions done and I have to say I cannot praise the team enough! They treated me with the tender care and dedication. I was informed of every step they made, they did pain check-ins often and made sure I was comfortable. I was hesitant and avoiding the dentist for years. Mint Dentistry made my visit comfortable. They let me watch my movie while I waited. I was skeptical of trying a New Dentist, especially a pretty fairly new one (from my understanding anyway). But I must say I was VERY impressed and satisfied with the levels of professionalism at Mint Dentistry. The entire staff, To be honest. For starters,it was very clean upon entering. Then there was a discrepancy At the front desk with my insurance changeover but the young lady at the the desk handled it before I could even get anyone on the phone. The office manager catered to a couple of my needs and concerns and was so courteous and nurturing, because.. ok…in not a fan of the dentist!! BUT I WASN’T SCARED THO!!😂😂. I think her name was Amelia!! And she was AWESOME!! Now the superstar was the person that actually performed my cleaning! I think her name was Desiree. Forgive if you read this and I got the name wrong,I’m terrible with names. But she was awesome and I want her every single time! She was so patient with me and gentle because I obvious have an extra nerve ending and was overly sensitive but she took extra time and extra care and extra photos to ensure I was cleaned at the most professional level! I wish I could tip because she definitely deserved it. Last but not least, the anesthesiologist.. man I HATE NEEDLES but she kept me comfortable and laughing and made it such an easy pain free process. Overall, the entire STAFF made the visit the best dental visit I’ve probably ever had!! I went into Mint College Park a little wary following an appointment last year at their Decatur branch that took a solid hour more out of my day than it reasonably should have, and then a paperwork error forced me to reschedule my first cleaning at the College Park location. I'm pleased to say the College Park branch redeemed themselves. Their friendly, professional staff got me in and out in a timely manner despite having around six other patients in the building at the same time. Their online tools for scheduling and patient paperwork are super convenient too. I will be back! More

Going to the dentist is definitely not on my fav list but Mint Dentistry made it a pleasant experience. Everyone is pleasant and I was taken great care of. I got anxious and started sweating when they were sticking my gums with anesthesia. They quickly put a fan on me and patted my forehead until I calmed down. I have been terrified of dentists my entire life because of horrible painful experiences when I was a child. Mint has changed all of that for me. I felt calm and welcomed the entire time I was there. I had two extractions that were so completely painless I was shocked when they said I was done. It might sound weird, but I'm actually looking forward to going back to have everything else fixed. I don’t know what the hell the CEO of Mint Dentisry is doing to make the staff provide excellent customer service consistently but whatever it is, he needs to bottle up his magic 🪄 and sell it to other business owners for a discount so they’ll be enticed to buy it to get their employees to treat people like the staff does at MD. Nowadays it’s a challenge to go into an establishment to get consistently good customer service from everyone. However, each time I go to MD, the staff is always pleasant, some are super nice and friendly but at minimum I’ve always had a pleasant interaction with the staff. Unlike my former dentist office I went to for 15 years (ie G.E.D.), I have not been severely overcharged although I have always had pretty good insurance. I’ve not received any outlandish back billing like I’d get from GED. Every time i go to Mint dentistry and check out, Im always waiting for them to ask me to pay some high price for this, that, or the other because for 15 years this is exactly what my former dentist staff would do at checkout despite the fact I’ve always had insurance. To date it hasn’t happened here and I’ve been going almost a year. All i can do is thank my former dentist office for going down hill over the years and the Mint denistry CEO for bombarding the radio station I listen to with constant advertisements because if my dentist office hadn’t gotten so bad that I got sick of them and knew I needed to change and I didn’t constantly hear the Mint denistry commercials, I never would have left G.E.D. especially since it’s right down the street from my house. But so glad i made the switch. Even though its much further from my home than my other dentist, i gladly make the drive and past right on by my former dentist with a smile. Only wish I’d switched dental offices sooner because I could’ve saved thousands of dollars in my pocket as well a spared myself some headaches by simply making the switch. More
