My five star review is for my visit with Nova. She was my dental assistant for my visit. She has a great bedside manner. She’s very professional , very patient and, very personable. When coming to the dentist you’re already nervous and she does her absolute Best to calm you down and your energy positive! Keep up the great work Nova! I like my dentist because she has a genuine concern for dental health. She does an Excellent job of putting in crowns! Now Let’s not forget my dental hygienist Jazzmine. She was very thorough in cleaning and getting any tartar that was on my teeth. She recommended me to get a water floss to go along with regular flossing and to keep my dental hygiene up to par. And last, but not least Miss Tiara my dental treatment plan follow up Appointment. As well, she was very pleasant, thorough, helpful, and even explained all my dental benefits on what I had available between now and the end of the year. I commend all the staff at mint dental in College Park.The only downside I’ve had I’ve been coming almost 2 years and there’s been a constant turnover of staff. I am the type of individual who likes to deal with the same people and especially when they’re very good. So not sure what’s going on with that and I know hygienist are in high demand, but I encourage the dental director to make sure that their employees are happy campers and want to stay instead of leaving. I wish they were in network with my insurance and I wish they would'vetold me this prior to the appointment. I absolutely LOVED my visit there. Everyone was so nice and professional, the amenities were unlike any dentist office, and everything was new and updated. BUT they are a Texas company which means yes they take GA insurance but it will be out of network costs. So anything outside of a cleaning or x-rays are going to be really expensive. The same amount they were going to charge me for one root canal and a crown, I could get 5 crowns done at an "in network" dentist. I couldn't afford it, but maybe others can. Just pay attention to your prices. More
