I haven't even had any work done in this particular office but HONEY!! My conversation with Karrii in the scheduling department made me WANT to be a patient again! Keep her in the office! She understands her assignment! I shared my apprehensions about getting ANY work done and she was able to settle my mind. I told her at my last visit (almost 2 years ago) that I was told I need to fix a cavity before cleaning and before the free whitening service. I was adamant that I didn't want to go in that order and that I had not returned to the office because of that. She assured me that Mint Dentistry would make recommendations but it was nothing I'd have to strictly adhere to. Thank you Karrii for restoring my confidence in MINT. My son needs his wisdom teeth pulled and that was my initial call. More
