"There’s one reason I drive out of my way to visit this location: the staff makes me feel welcomed and pays attention to detail. I can tell they’ve read over my chart/history before I get any type of service done. My anxiety has dropped tremendously since becoming a customer of the Lilburn location.Sheena, the Office Manager, operates with a warm efficiency that keeps things running smoothly without making me feel like just a number. Keep her happy, and you’ll keep us happy - ☺️.On this last visit, Nerissa administered the in-office whitening procedure and walked me through it every step of the way. She has an excellent chair side demeanor and helped me relax even more. She was patient with me, and that made me feel appreciated as a customer.Patient care seems to be a reoccurring theme at the Lilburn office, extending across departments. The dental hygienist, Erica took her time while cleaning my teeth, and I didn’t experience any pain or slips of cleaning tool against my gums. She’s by far my favorite.I don’t always take the time to write reviews but with something as serious as dental care, I just had to share a location I highly recommend."
