I will admit I was scared initially because #1, I don’t like the dentist, and #2 I’m always a little cynical when it comes to a place with easy scheduling; but this place was amazing! And moreso because of the lovely staff. I came in with Priscilla greeting me with a smile and helping me get everything done quickly. Tai then welcoming and made x-rays which are usually painful and annoying fun and sweet. She was awesome to talk to. Dr. Dan quickly assessed me with care and was kind rather than accusatory when it came to my grinding and low night guard use. Lastly, Carrie was an awesome hygienist. Tbh to me the hygienist is the scariest part because well they’re gonna tell me how much I am not taking care of my hygiene, but she was so sweet about it and made it not so painful. Honestly, best experience at the dentist by far; twas a great team. Sorry if I butchered any name spelling 🙈 More

This place is great. Everyone was very nice, explained everything, and was very helpful. They had complimentary custom at home teeth whitening, which I was shocked to find out. The dental chairs were heated massage chairs, which was another pleasant surprise. The only thing was lateness. I wasn’t brought back until a half hour after my appointment started. I was also unaware that new patient cleanings were 90 minutes, however mine ended up being 2 hours because I had to wait for a dental hygienist to become available. However, she was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind, so all in all I’m very happy with this office and will be making this my regular practice. More

Man this visit admin dentistry is amazing. The staff is wonderful. They made me laugh. She didn’t take no money from me and she said I didn’t get my teeth whitening for free if it’s for free it’s for me. More

Whole team was amazing. I’m glad that I got A+ grading on how well I take care of my teeth. I always get good compliments. I came in for a cleaning. I was in and out within two hours and my teeth feel amazing. I highly recommend anyone to come here to get their teeth cleaned or any other services that you need for your mouth they do amazing work. I can’t wait until I come back. I just needed a little bit of work done. Before I can get my whitening done. One filling and that’s it! I think I’m doing pretty good for a grown woman that barely eats anything other than the healthy stuff I stay away from the sweet sticky candies! Although I had no intentions on financing to cover the service after my cleaning. I didn’t know they were going to do a credit check for the payment plan. So if you are offered payment options know they will be doing a credit check. I also ordered 4 night guards for way less than what they were trying to charge me. $400 is crazy even with the discount. Mint Dentistry for the WIN!! A little background of my dental and orthodontic experience, it’s not been great lol I’ve had braces with spacers, all types of cleanings, and have seen many a syringe. 😭 This is my first time at MINT and, hands-down, this has been a great experience. I need all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and they’ve made a very painful moment in my life completely painless. I feel totally confident about having them remove my teeth and moving forward with more dental procedures. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, both the doctor and dental assistant were so informative, patient, and understanding. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! Thank you guys so much🫶🏽 More

Diane was absolutely FABULOUS!! It was so refreshing to have a hygienist that you could immediately tell was very knowledgeable and patient forward! She took her time, explained things clearly, offered great tips and tricks, and really made you feel as though your dental health matters! I originally went to Mint because I cracked a back tooth and my dentist was booked up. I went, and when yu first walk in, Priscilla is just lovely, first. Then the staff were amazing as well. I got a quote, came back and Dr. Dan... I had a cyst on the roof of my mouth. Was quoted $1,700. He fixed a cavity and some magical way, the cyst was gone too. Had the best cleaning of my life as well. Great ppl. Needless to say, I broke up with my other dentist. I just hope the availability stays the same once everyone knows about them. More

08/08/2025 Update:I came to Mint initially because of a spot on my gums that I was concerned about. Not only did they have multiple doctors look at it (on multiple occasions) and assuage my worries but they convinced me to complete my full upper arch dentures with them. I chose to wait for dentures instead of having immediate ones placed, and so the overall process too just about 7 months (no regrets). Despite my early worries about a more ‘commercial’ dentist’s office, and some hiccups along the way (minor scheduling issues), I am incredibly pleased with Mint in Norwood. The reception staff is always very pleasant, especially Priscilla, who gave me transparent advice about the overall denture process. The doctor who performed my extractions (Dr Dan) worked gently and was receptive to me as a patient throughout the entire process from extraction to finished denture. I do wish that the doctors were a bit more constant as I also saw Dr Tran for the final few visits, and I appreciate the rapport built with the initial staff members, but I understand there are many less of them than there are patients, and with that said; Dr. Tran was also great to work with, had a great demeanor, and I am sure having multiple perspectives on my case was beneficial.Thank you so much Mint Norwood Team! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. There was no shame over how long it has been since I went to a dentist. The hygienist was great and there was no issues or pain with the teeth cleaning. They also are getting me set up with a mouth guard, only had to get scans, no goo needed! This is definitely my new dentist and I don't mind coming back in 6 months. :) More

Wow I am so relieved I found this place! I originally went to aspen dental & they barely examined me and told me I needed a root canal and had early gum disease and said everything would be $2,700. Went to Mint and they said none of that was true. Just needed some fillings and they got me in the same week! Spent $950. I’m also super anxious in general especially at the dentist and they were very comforting and provided nitrous as well. Also, I have no insurance and they provide a yearly plan with discounts. Could not recommend more! More

Excellent customer service. Receptionist and dental technicians were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout booking and dental imaging process as a new patient.The chairs both in the lobby and hygiene area were very comfortable! There were amenities in the waiting area with things to read and even water and mouthwash in the bathroom. When receiving treatment or waiting, patients are given options to watch TV or listen to music if they would like to.Aside from the amenities, the patience and attentiveness of everyone on staff was what truly made my experience special. The staff (I'm sorry I am not good at rememebring names) made everyone feel welcome. I am a normally anxious person - even more so when doing something especially vulnerable like a doctor/dentist visit- and yet each person I talked with was able to put me at ease by treating me with both professionalism and compassion. It is pretty obvious externally when I'm feeling nervous--but the staff spoke to me with a natural cordial tone and helped me to feel comfortable. Everyone there is seriously SO NICE! Love this dental office, the staff members are very professional and welcoming. Priscilla at the front desk is accurate and fast when getting us signed up and in the system and Heather does a thorough cleaning and very down to earth. The environment is relaxed and laid back. Mint Dentistry also provides us with tablets while waiting and helps us relax by playing the music of our choice. 10/10. More

Mint Dentistry not only got us in pretty quickly, my nearly 1 year old and I, but they took such good care of us. They went above and beyond to help keep my son calm while he waited on me to get my first cleaning in forever. It's so easy to remember to take care of everyone else when your a mom or daughter. It was so kind of them to be patient with him and me while I attended to him in between our consecutive appointments. They offered us another similar appointment in 6 months but opted to keep us on separate days for both our sakes. I had been regular with my appointments until COVID. And shortly after COVID was on bed rest during my pregnancy so it had been a few years since I was in a dentist office. They were kind, affordable, and a great atmosphere all around. 10/10 highly recommend if you can't yell. More

This was the best experience. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time due to fear of dentistry. I had developed a bad tooth. It was hard to get in to some places really quick. I called Mint on Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. I went. The staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and told me what the options were. They made me feel comfortable. I got my tooth pulled the same day and walked out happy. I had to really question why I waited so long to go to the dentist. It wasn't a bad experience at all. I'm going back for my cleaning and exam. My husband's going too. I'm actually looking forward to going to the dentist now. I'm telling people about my experience. Thank You Mint More
