"Listen... Mint Dentistry Plano has me questioning everything I thought I knew about dental care.First of all, this was the FIRST time in my life a dental hygienist explained that you're NOT supposed to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth. Excuse me?! Apparently, that toothpaste acts like lotion for your teeth and is supposed to stay there. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I had ever read the directions on my dental products.Well, let me tell you... I went home and started reading labels like I was studying for the bar exam. Sure enough, every single one of them says not to rinse. Here I am, learning something new at the dentist after all these years.Now let me tell you what really impressed me. I brought my 16-year-old daughter with me, and we had appointments at the same time. Even though we were in rooms right next to each other, the staff made sure to keep me updated on everything that was going on with her while still taking care of me. They bounced back and forth between us, explained her treatment, answered my questions, and reassured me that my baby was okay every step of the way.As a mama bear, that meant EVERYTHING. Thank you for coddling me and understanding that no matter how old our kids get, they're still our babies.And can we PLEASE talk about the massage chairs?! Never have I ever gotten a massage while getting my teeth cleaned. I almost forgot I was at the dentist. Top-tier. Top-notch. Whoever came up with that idea deserves a raise immediately.The customer service was 10/10 from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable.And can we talk about the prices? I had avoided Mint for almost two years because it looks so luxurious and fancy. Between the commercials and the beautiful office, I just knew they were going to be expensive. WRONG. Their pricing was actually very reasonable compared to some of the private dentists I've visited over the years.Needless to say, Mint Dentistry Plano has my business from now on and forever. And shout out to my super cool dental hygienist for making the experience fun, educational, and stress-free.Who knew I'd leave the dentist with healthier teeth, a whole new brushing routine, and a shoulder massage? Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
