This is my third visit to this Mint location since I moved here to the Plano/Richardson area last year and I’ve been pleased each and every time with their professionalism and service.Today especially was an even more satisfying day for me, I received my first ever filings today and from the get go, Malak did an incredible job putting me at ease and explaining the entire process to me. She also engaged in a pleasant conversation with me that had me comfortable, while we waited for Dr. Kapadia. When Dr. Kapadia arrived, she also put me at ease and explained each step of the procedure to me. Her and Malak were making sure I was doing okay throughout the entire process and were professionals the entire way.I believe I’ve found a home here for my dentist services, after these three visits. Which is evident, as I’ve already set my appointment for the next fillings, and I’m looking forward to it! Great people and great service! More

They’re not kidding when they say they make sexy teeth! I chipped my front tooth 3 times in 3 days between fillings. We had a good laugh about it each time, and no one was upset with me for ruining my dental work (: Dr. EJ is amazing and completely transformed my smile, inspecting each factor causing me to chip my tooth when I was grinding my teeth at night. She was super attentive and completely customized and adjusted my teeth to ensure no more chipping! My smile is better than before I chipped it. I’m very happy to say I probably won’t be seeing the Mint Team for another 6 months. Thank you so much! More

I had an appointment at City line location... I was really disappointed the lady in the office called me the night before my appointment and advised I need $600 for 3 cavity fills so I called the young lady to ask why was I suppose to pay for Fillings when I have dental Insurance The lady was rude and not friendly @ all I have been going to this location since it opened and I asked the lady could I make payments because I really did not want to cancel my appointment So instead of the young lady trying to assist she was saying well I will just cancel your appointment and when you are ready you can reschedule so i was so disappointed in the really bad customer service and so I just hung up and called the corporate office More
