Huge shoutout to COURTNEY! She is the best dental assistant! Nobody likes getting needles in their mouth let’s be real, but having her by my side helping calm me down, talk to me, and explain to me the whole process took me down from legit crying my eyes out at level 10 all the way down to a 1! She is not only professional and sweet but very knowledgeable in what she does! She understands we are all human and we all have emotions and that it’s okay to feel your feelings! Eliana Yashuda my hygientist so knowledgeable about periodontal disease , how to brush and floss . Conveyed information. in a way for the first time in my over 50 years of how to properly brush and floss without making me feel guilty or chewing me out . She also understood the cancer treatment I’ve undergone and made sure she did not introduce me to any undue pain . Dr. Hardwick also understands my medical management and both instructed ways to whiten teeth safely even providing options . Best service ever ! God Bless both of you ! More

My husband needed a root canal all of a sudden. Mint referred him out to a great Endodontist, but unfortunately my husband had some reactions to the medications that the endodontist prescribed to him. Dr. Hardaway at Mint provided feedback multiple times, conferring with the Endodontist on everything. This really helped my husband (Nervous patient) through a very difficult root canal. Dr. Hardaway also saw him multiple times to fine tune the fiber glass filling afterwards. EVERYONE there is so nice, understanding, and accommodating from the reception desk to the Dentists. This Mint Dentistry is worth the visit! All of their staff are very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy nor do they make you feel like you have to have services done. They will of course inform you of what is healthy and what you should do, and they will help you with a plan of action if you need one. Eliana Yassuda does an excellent job at determining what you might be doing wrong with regards to your dental care. Many times they are able to simply look at your teeth and tell what type of methods you have. Eliana goes out of her way to help you make more informed choices for your tooth and gum health. The staff up front do a great job as well at keeping things organized and making you feel welcomed. I believe the girl's name up front was Nicole and she was able to check me in and verify paperwork and insurance within a few seconds; this makes it much easier than stressing, worrying or having them unprepared for you. I am certain there are many very capable dentists and hygienists at this location and others. Everyone's time is very valuable and Mint Dentistry realizes that. They are so informative, that they send multiple text messages reminding you of your appointment... and if you don't respond to the text they simply follow up with a phone call. With busy and hectic schedules for everyone nowadays, it's always nice to have these reminders. Obviously I can't speak for everyone's experiences or preferences, but I know that I will continue to use Mint Dentistry for any of my dental needs. I trust them and they do a great job! She explained to me the difference in regular cleaning and periodontic cleaning and why I had to come every 3-4 months.
