I absolutely love this location! The office manager Abby is the best! She gave me some info about financial assistance so that I could get all my work done. Also Christal and Dr. Enih are awesome! I came earlier than my time and they were able to get me seen quicker and to top it all off I had my 10 month old with me due to childcare cancellation.What stood out the most was how attentive and thorough they were. This was a really good experience for me from the CUSTOMER SERVICE perspective. All of the staff were very professional and courteous. All were very friendly and welcoming, and I felt at ease considering this was my first time at MINT. This location, they haven't been great just one visit, Mint has been great to me every single visit. My most recent visit on Thursday I was seen for braces by Dr. Goldstein & Ashley (I apologize for any spelling). The visit was superb, I was taken care of and briefed on the entire process. The duo team made me as comfortable as possible during installation. Even when I didn't have insurance, I still choose to pay out of pocket because of the great service Mint has provided me.
