Gloria at the front desk was welcoming, courteous, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Stevie, the dental assistant, was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout my visit.Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Shaw were both very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and procedures. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence and put me at ease during my treatment.The entire team provided outstanding care, and I truly appreciate the positive experience. I have been here TWICE in the last month, and I am so incredibly grateful for this Dental office. I had a filling pop out and it turned into a root canal. The pain was so horrific, and my blood pressure went so high that I was in a hypertensive crisis and ended up in the ER. After being released I kept trying to find a dentist that could help. The Mint team in Humble was the only place that could do my root canal, took my insurance, and made availability to see me right away! Then, I had a second dental emergency (different tooth) and they ONCE AGAIN they found a way to fit me. Thank you for considering my history with pain-induced high blood pressure and helping me through this scary/ painful time. The team went above and beyond, Dr. Lomeli is incredible and always made sure I had enough Novacaine for my procedures. The RDA’s Temetria (1st procedure) and Anaily (2nd) were wonderful and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you to the other staff, Gloria, Olivia, and Jessica for all that you do. Even though I live so far away, it is worth the drive. More

Stopped in just to pick up my free whitening & ended up in a full action movie. Just as I grabbed my MINT goodie bag, this furious dude barges in yelling about how I cut him off in traffic earlier. Before I can even respond, he throws a punch but out of nowhere the lady behind the counter jumps over it like she’s been waiting for this moment her whole life and just beats the living hell out of the guy. The guy ran off and the front desk concierge just dusted herself off said, are you okay? The facilty is lookin very clean; and the personelwas fine. But, there are absolutely too many reminder messages regarding being late in arriving or any no show's will be chg'd $50. 😳When in fact they themselves will hold you hostage far too long.The original information shared with me was revised at least three times. And Mint is requiring far too many visits for such a small process. The first visit should have included all the cleaning OR extractions that was asked for. But, i see now taking their time exchanging my request material and appts makes them the money! PLUS, i wasn't offered $50 to WAIT as long as I did ESPECIALLY since i had appointment scheduled already. Of course they had an excuse both appts. I don’t know if anyone hates coming to the dentist as much as I do because of the drills, possible report on how we need to better clean this or that and not to mention the X-rays! I always hate getting XRays because of how that thing goes in your mouth to bite down on so they can take a good photo, always hurt. I have the bottom two bones that poke out (I hear not everyone has it so you may not know what I’m speaking on) HOWEVER today my X-rays went soooo smooth. Best ever to be honest! I want to give a shout out to the best dental hygienist ever! She didn’t make me bite down on that thing and got her pictures in two clicks! Now I can honestly say, I do not mind going to the dentist. Thank You so much Tiana! More

This was my 1st experience here and as soon as you walk in the waiting room is done so nice . They definitely pride themselves in looks. They also give u a choice of watching tv or listening to music as well as giving you the option to use the massage function on their chair. Tiana was the medical assistant and i just loved her she was so sweet from the time she braught me back until i was done. After meeting her i have no doubt in my mind the dr was going to be as nice as she was . They also accommodated my back problems as well and made sure i was comfortable throughout my whole cleaning .
