This was my first time here after hearing about this dentist and I absolutely love all the star Scarlett the front desk receptionist is very helpful with setting up my appointments and making sure I’m in and out at a decent time I also would like to mention both dental surgeon I guess ppl are great I had Dr V do my procedure and Dr nyguen do my cleaning and both are amazing and gentle I also love the assistant D she was so sweet and moving sure I felt comfortable through the process 10/10 recommend More

I had an 8:00 am appointment, from the moment I walked in, the entire office was welcoming and full of smiles. I had almost no wait time, which was a great start to my visit. The doctor took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions about future procedures I'm considering, which I really appreciated.The dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle, took her time, and it truly showed in the quality of her work. She even made sure the water was warm instead of uncomfortably cold, which made a big difference in my comfort.By the time my cleaning was finished, the receptionist had already helped arrange my upcoming procedures, making everything seamless and easy.Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail with my X-rays, and genuine care from the entire team. The Mint Dentistry in Katy is a little out of my way but I've been going there for more than three years now. The staff is great, friendly and professional. I always preferred Dr Shoui (probably misspelled), but since he left, Dr Nguyen is also great. He is really amazing and truly cares about my care needs. He does not make me feel bad for the issues I've had with my teeth, only explains the plan moving forward to rectify any problem. The front desk ladies are friendly and promptly greet patients with a big welcoming smile upon entering. I especially love and appreciate the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of Scarlett at the front desk. When I call the office, I always ask to speak with her and she helps me with my questions or requests to the best of her ability. She does it with a smile, too, which can be heard over the phone. She is exceptional! Thank you all for the genuine great care you've all displayed towards my needs. See y'all next year! More

This was my visit to the Katy location, Dr. Nguyen usually see me at the Cypress location but he left me to be closer to home so I decided to pay him a visit and I’m glad I did. The staff was of course friendly and accommodating even though I was 5 minutes close to my appt time and I’m sure i was the last patient but no one rushed me to filling out paperwork or rushing me out, it was truly a great experience and I’ll definitely return. Oh and shout out to the RDA, he was great! More

I went to this dentistry multiple times recently and every time everyone there was really sweet, caring, and very welcoming. Their staff was always asking me how I’m doing during a procedure and cracking jokes with me and the doctor as well which was really nice! The doctor was also very nice and knowledgeable as well which was even more comforting. I don’t usually like doctors of any kind because I feel like most become snarky after a while but this doctor seemed very understanding, tried his best to talk in a way that I’d understand better, and was nice to talk to the whole time. The other staff as well as the doctor would walk me through everything they were doing as well and letting me know ahead of time what will occur during the procedures. All in all this is a really nice dentist and am looking forward to next time!! More

Im not one to do reviews really but i am extremely happy with my visit today. I just switched over to MINT and i have finally found a dentist i am comfortable with. From the receptionist to the Dr. everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly making sure i was content and cozy! I was wrapped up in a blanket watching Netflix while they worked on my smile. MINT absolutely saved my smile. After my dog jumped up and chipped my tooth, I was able to make an appointment for the next day to be seen. Karson at the front desk was such an angel and helped me with all my insurance information. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant were able to squeeze in the entire procedure in around 25 mins and I left with my teeth looking completely back to normal. 12/10 recommend coming to MINT! More

Being someone who gets bad anxiety going to dentist I have to say they are the best. I had to go in for tooth pain and needed wisdom tooth pulled. In the middle of the procedure the power to the entire area went out. Everyone was so nice and kepted me calm. Power came back and he was able to complete the extraction. MINT absolutely saved my smile. After my dog jumped up and chipped my tooth, I was able to make an appointment for the next day to be seen. Karson at the front desk was such an angel and helped me with all my insurance information. The dental assistant was so nice and even comforted me as the dentist was administering the anesthesia shots to my gums which was a plus because I was a little nervous about that part. So they built one close to where I live and I had been looking for a dentist place for my family and I, so I decided to give them a try.
