This was my first time here and I loved the atmosphere the front desk reception LEXIS was awesome her customer service was fantastic I was having some issues with my insurance she went above and beyond and made sure it got taken care of she remained polite calmed and very professional I really love it there I mostly definitely will be back for my follow up so when you guys come to Mint Dental make sure you ask for LEXIS she doesn’t play you won’t be disappointed I promise you they live up to hype. More

My experience at Mint Dentistry was nothing but amazing! From the front desk on to the direct care staff in the back. The Registered Dental Assistant Kendra was so sweet & helpful w/ the X-rays & getting me set up w/ pictures, while making me feel comfortable in the treatment room. She also helped w/ my molds/whitening tray. The Hygienist Caitlyn was sweet as well. She did my cleanings & made the process so much more comfortable. Lastly, Dr Bui, he was great! He was very knowledgeable & gave much needed recommendations. Oh, & he complimented my teeth lol..overall the staff were amazing & I will be back! I was in a really bad space emotionally when I went into the office as I was told I would have to come out of pocket around $4000 dollars from a previous dental office. Staff was very polite came in one hour early the guy at the front desk let me know my appointment was at 4 but it would not be an issue for me to be seen before my appointment time. I was called to the back maybe 5 minutes later greeted by Ms.Antoinette who took my x-rays and took me to my room. The dentist came in shortly examined my teeth determined what i needed and Ms Vanessa came in a gave me a good cleaning .I was also advised I had a new patient credit of 100 dollors i used towards my visit .Good experience over all. I’ve had excruciating pain for the past 72 hours. I made my appointment Thursday morning and was able to be seen a few hours later. The staff was very nice & professional , 10/10. 5 stars across the board from the front entrance to the dentist. Front desk was so nice & welcoming , the assistants were as well . I’ve never had a tooth extracted and I’m 34 , the staff made me feel at ease & reassured me that everything would be fine & the dentist would make it fast as possible ! This was my first visit with MINT. I was faithful to my previous provider for 11 years, and the provider before that for 5 years. Today, I was told that I have sexy teeth during my MINT visit! I try to visit the dentist twice a year and am accustomed to feeling worn out from the heavy handedness of my previous providers. Today, the entire MINT team was welcoming from my first step in the door. The most impressive part of my MINT experience was Vanessa and the mastery of her technique as she administered this 6-month cleaning. My teeth are cleaner (smoother) than ever before, and I did not feel any pain as my teeth were being cleaned. It was apparent that Vanessa is very busy. I can say that because I noticed her strategic thinking as she talked through the process for my service and the next patient with her equally as thorough team member and dental assistant. However, I was nothing short of impressed at this dental practice. The staff are super friendly and accommodating.
