Let's keep it short. There were good things... but mostly bad... Made appointment over the phone for denture consultation. Showed up a little early (just in case). Music was blasting so loud that I had trouble hearing the receptionist over it. ...She offered me teeth cleaning. When I am there to talk about dentures. As in removing all of my teeth... Had to pay a subscription fee to join "cash club"... Sat in the dentist chair for a while to find out that... THEY DON'T DO DENTURES THERE!!! Then, I was told that they can't directly refund to my credit card, I have to give them my checking account info. So, yeah....P.S. Just checked my email. They sent me instructions on what to do after the tooth whitening I didn't do or ask for. Classy! More
