Today I had the pleasure of visiting Mint Dentistryon Hwy 6 and Westiemer. I met some wonderful people Dr. Bali, Dental Assistant Yuliet, and Hygienist Cho. Customer Service is always number one. But what makes these ladies stand out is their love for their patients and the overall care about getting your teeth where they need to be. Dr. Bali took the time to explain to me what’s important and what can wait, making sure to include the time frame it can wait until with proper care. I've never been to a place of business where everyone had a outstanding personality. I was given options about dental work and treatments. I didn't feel pressured to have certain treatments done as I have in the past. The Dentist Dr. Bali was super sweet and kind. I appreciate her answering all of my questions and giving me solutions to my concerns. Now, my favorite of all was the Dental Hygienist, Sel! I have never had a Hygienist to handle my teeth with so much care and be so gentle. I had no discomfort the whole time, I kept thinking this can't be real. I've always felt uncomfortable and pain while getting plaq removed. Not with her! My time with her was such a pleasure. She even stayed late to do my cleaning since I had a late appointment. I brought my husband in for an exam. He hasn’t been to the dentist in quite sometime and he was kind of worried about what the doctor would say. Thankfully he had no cavities but he did have plaque build up over time. Dr. Bali was so kind and let him know he came in right on time and that this problem could be resolved and was very thorough with her exam and showing us what needs to be done. She gave us a plan to get him back on track with his dental health. Once the consultation was complete Brittany the office manager came in and gave us all of our options on how to take care of the payment. Pricing was fair for what he needed we were honestly glad to pay whatever. The whole team was awesome. Dental assistant YulietDental hygienist Sel was the best, she made him feel very comfortable. The dental hygienist who worked on me was very attentive I was so comfortable I literally almost fell asleep in the chair while she was working on my teeth I don't know if I was just that at ease or if it was the heated vibrating chair, the service here was amazing.
