This is my first time here at Mint Dentistry in The Woodlands, and I must say, from when you walk in the door until you're seeing the doctor, the customer service is amazing. Ms. Lillian greeted me with such warmth and a smile and made sure if I had any questions she would be happy to answer them. The facility was clean. Ms. Frankie and Dr. Mendez listened to my concerns genuinely. Ms. Frankie was very wonderful. I'm an adult, but I do dread dentists, lol. X-rays can be uncomfortable, etc. Ms. Frankie was outstanding with X-rays and explaining each step of my visit. I despise the cleaning part; however, Ms. Sharon, yeah, she knows what she's doing. Not painful, very thorough, and communicating every step of the way. Ms. Frankie did my fitting for my free whitening trays..FREE! Everything was just easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend them to family and friends or even to strangers. Ms. Lillian thoroughly went over my financial portion, and I know all insurance is different; however, I've been to places where I've had to pay an arm and a leg. Nope, not here. This is the best and nicest dentist office I have EVER been to! They go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be with massage chairs, your choice of music to play while getting your dental work done, they equip you with free sunglasses to wear while you are leaned back in the chair so the bright light above you doesn’t blind you, and best of all was all of the workers who helped me! Frankie, Dr. Mendez, Laura, and Lillian were so helpful and beyond nice! Those 4 deserve a pay raise! More

Everyone at the Woodlands Mint are awesome and very friendly and professional. They stepped in and help me out when the Humble Mint dropped the ball with scheduling and was very rude to me. The Humble location should be shut down. I had to get a tooth extracted and I’m on blood thinners, so before the procedure I have to be off my blood thinners for three days. Mint in Humble canceled my appointment the day of. I called and spoke to an African American young lady and let her know I’m on blood thinners and have to have this done today. She said I’m sorry but it’s nothing I can do about that. I asked is there another location I can go to she said no without even looking. I said I will never come back to the Humble location again she said thats fine. So I called the Woodlands mint and they took very good care of me and was so apologetic about the Humble location. I’m obsessed! The environment when walking into Mint Dentistry was so cute and the customer service made me feel so comfortable and way less nervous. When I sat down for my cleaning, they asked me if I wanted to play music on a TV or watch anything on Netflix which was such a nice touch. The chairs even heat up and massage you while you’re getting your work done! The cleaning took about 30 minutes total and did not cause me any pain at all. My dental hygienist was so kind and gentle. From start to finish, a phenomenal experience. More

At 1st I was worried about coming here cause the bad reviews. However I love my experience here. Soon as I walked in I was greeted, offered water, free chapstick, sunglass, and it was very clean. When I was in the back the dental assistant was so nice and funny. She turned on Netflix for me and the massage chair. Felt more like going to a salon than a dentist office. Mint is incredible! From the moment you walk in, you are warmly welcomed. They offered us water and lead us through the check in process. My 6yo and I had appointments one after the other. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and encouraging to him. They put on a movie for him while they did his dental work. He has sensory processing issues and were very flexible to find ways to help him through the process. The chairs also give a massage so that helped him feel comfortable. I was also satisfied by the overall experience. The only reason I took off one star was for the timing of our appointments. I have a feeling it was just a busy evening for the office, but we were there from 245-6 pm. And all we had done were xrays, pictures, deep cleaning and I got my permanent retainers out... which took maybe 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning! I’m super thankful for Jasmine, Alana and Olivia who all helped us as well as the lovely ladies at the front desk. The doctor was very good at explaining everything in detail and reassuring us that all will be well. Overall an incredible experience! Also, my husband had two fillings when they went with our daughter and he said it was the most pleasant filling experience he had ever had. More

Wow. Just amazing!! I had to get an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth because it was cracked. Literally the most painful experience since child labor, so I NEEDED it to come out ASAP. I was able to schedule my appointment at the Woodlands location. I was warmly welcomed when I checked in from the amazing receptionists. My xrays went smoothly, I was able to watch Sister Sister on Netflix lol, and I can’t even begin with how amazing Dr. Hernandez was! I happened to hear and pass by this office when getting off of work and at first I was hesitant because I thought it was just one of those “name brand” type of places and that was it. Still shows to not judge a book by its cover because I had a great time, AT THE DENTIST. Not only were the staff very friendly they were genuine and actually held a conversation with me and not once did I feel like that typical “new patient.” Thank you Dr Hernandez, Katy, Kaley, Lily and Taylor for making this visit a great one! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Dental hygienist was very informative and explained everything that would be happening. She made sure I felt comfortable. The dentist took her time cleaning my teeth and would check on me to make sure everything was okay. Overall it was a great experience going, not to mention I hate going to the dentist More

Lily in the front office is phenomenal and very friendly. She worked diligently with my insurance to ensure I received the best payment plan... also Doctor Hernandez was fast and extremely reassuring. I was in and out. My tooth extraction was pain free and took no longer than 2 minutes for the procedure.. they’re not just on the radio.. they’re people people. More

LOVE this place! My first visit and I’m extremely satisfied. I was super scared (don’t like the dentist) but the entire staff helped to calm me down. They let you watch Netflix on a tv while your sitting in the treatment chair. And the chair heats up and massages you too!! Dr Hernandez attended me today and she was very sweet and made sure I wasn’t nervous the whole time. Such a difference from my previous dentist. Thank you MINT!!! :) More

Lily at the Desk was amazing as soon as i walked in i was like wow ! So bubbly !!! I was so happy just watching my mother get treated so well i made an appointment on the next Monday ! I can’t wait to come back they make me want to take care of my teeth here lol 😂 More
