At first they were issues verifying my insurance.After that was taken care of I got an appointment quick.Even bettee than that, the stuff are very nice, they even make you choose the type of music you love while they are cleaning your teeth. I had a wonderful experience at MINT Dentistry Indy West for my routine cleaning and a few tooth fillings. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The hygienist did a thorough yet gentle cleaning, explaining each step so I knew what to expect (Usually the outstanding Lynsey takes care off me but I got a new hygienist) but she assisted the Dr. During fillings. When it came to the fillings, the dentist took their time to ensure I was comfortable, and the procedure was quick and pain-free. I also appreciated how they checked in with me throughout the visit to make sure I was doing okay. It’s clear that everyone at this office truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. Outstanding job More

I just gotta say it has taken me way too long to post this review my very first time I came here. I was nervous. I had been going to one dentist for 20 years and she retired and when I first came the first thing that I noticed was everything that my dentist did with just my cleaning Was exactly the same thing that Doc did now don’t get me wrong. I have gone to other dentist before I came here. I was just not satisfied with any dental visit elsewhere all to a point that I had not seen a dentist in eight months. Long right. I have one of the most beautiful smiles until I went to a dentist prior to come in here and he just fixed the little chip on my front tooth and drilled me flat across didn’t even match up my other teeth, he did such a horrible job. To a point that I complained to the dental association. Anyway, moving forward, I came back to get my front mouth fixed. And OOOOOOOHHHHH MY GOD! I look like a new woman not only did she match all my teeth she perfectly fixed my front. My smile is back. I’m so forever grateful that I almost started crying and I had to give her the biggest hug like my confidence was already there, but I am really sitting on 1000 right now believe everything that you hear on the radio, but I really honestly believe that the commercials don’t do it any justice Come and visit for yourself. The family atmosphere the professional professionalism is top notch? Doc did a phenomenal job. I found my new home and she has made me hold again. The dentist who worked on my teeth did an outstanding job during the cleaning process, meticulously identifying areas needing attention and guiding me through the treatment plan one step at a time. The dental assistant was not only kind and gentle but also incredibly patient, all of which I truly valued. Additionally, the office's generous offerings of complimentary items left me feeling pampered and beautiful, including lip gloss, a teeth whitening kit, custom-fitted molds, toothbrush, and toothpaste. I was so impressed with my experience that I chose to purchase additional syringes for the teeth whitening kit, which came with extra perks like sunglasses, a bandana, premium toothpaste, and a stylish bag for storage. Overall, this was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. More
