I want to recognize these four ladies for creating such a comfortable and welcoming environment during my root canal appointment: Dr. Pham, JC, Nachell, and Jumanne.From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I was quickly brought to the back to begin the procedure. They politely catered to my needs by asking if I wanted the massage chair turned on, playing music I was comfortable with, and continuously checking on me throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn’t in pain and was doing okay.What I really appreciate about this office is how they make you feel at home. They explained each step of the procedure beforehand so I could better understand what they were doing, which helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. They also gave me payment options and allowed me to choose my own pharmacy.Before I left, they reassured me that if I needed anything, I could always give them a call. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made this a great experience. More

Got ANOTHER filling today from Dr.Pham. It’s always an awesome experience at mint!! Everyone ( Nachell, Ray, & Juju) is very kind and understanding. I’m not good with pain at all and everyone always talks me thru the process. Mint Dentistry (New Orleans) is NOT in my network but I still come anyway because they’re the best. I would definitely 10/10 recommend. Top tier service, treatment, and staff goes above and beyond for me all the time even though I’m probably a pain for not getting something’s done 😬 More

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist! However, the ladies at Mint Dentistry were so sweet, helpful and understanding. They addressed my issue and were ready to fix it. Although I wanted my issue resolved, I did not expect for them to say let’s do it now. I was anxious about having the procedure done, because I wasn’t mentally prepared and didn’t have my AirPods to drown out the sound of the drill. Nonetheless, they reassured me that I was in good hands and provided headphones which helped to calm me. All of that to say, I was truly impressed with the care and professionalism I received today. THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Nachelle was so sweet and helpful at check in and with the financial details. Tia was so thorough and nice during my cleaning. Michelle helped my filling and did a great job. And finally, I cannot express how phenomenal Dr. Pham was. She explained every step in the process and answered every question I had. She numbed me so well for the filling I didn’t feel ANYTHING. She even typed up a summary from my appointment so I didn’t forget any of her recommendations. Minty also provided financing options since I hit my out of pocket max with my insurance. The staff was extremely nice! The aesthetics of the office were very appealing and modern. The dental chair doubles as a massage chair. There are snacks and water in the lobby. There is also lip balm and sunshades for you to take with you. I can definitely appreciate the careful thought they put in to this modern dental concept. Everyone was very personable and treated me like a VIP from the start. They listened to my concerns and validated my feelings, but also took the time to educate me.
