I want to recognize these four ladies for creating such a comfortable and welcoming environment during my root canal appointment: Dr. Pham, JC, Nachell, and Jumanne.From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I was quickly brought to the back to begin the procedure. They politely catered to my needs by asking if I wanted the massage chair turned on, playing music I was comfortable with, and continuously checking on me throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn’t in pain and was doing okay.What I really appreciate about this office is how they make you feel at home. They explained each step of the procedure beforehand so I could better understand what they were doing, which helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. They also gave me payment options and allowed me to choose my own pharmacy.Before I left, they reassured me that if I needed anything, I could always give them a call. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made this a great experience. More

Wonderful service, all the way from entering the door to getting my services. I had to get a root canal so my nerves were already running high, Nachell at the front took care of my nerves and Ray and Dr. Pham took care of my needs and I didn’t feel a thing and actually fell asleep while they were doing the procedure that’s how comfortable I was.I highly recommend coming here and giving a huge shoutout again to Nachell, Ray, and Dr, Pham for taking care of me and my teeth. 🦷 More

Best dental studio in New Orleans, I had extensive work done on my teeth, from root canals, fillings, and crowns. I never had to come back for a refit to my bite thats how good there work is ! The ladies at this location are very nice, sweet, funny, and welcoming. I recommend you go here for all your work cause they are my dental provider with my insurance now. I’ve been a patient at Mint dentistry in New Orleans since I’ve moved here just over 6 months ago and needed extensive dental work done. To say I am satisfied as a client/patient wouldn’t do justice to their entire team and the experience I’ve had. From the receptionist being easy to communicate with and very prompt about making sure I get booked in as soon as I walk in the door and booking follow-up appointments before I leave after services. In addition I’ve dealt with two separate dentists and had the best care I’ve ever received. From a root canal, extraction, bridges, and crowns to a deep cleaning all the procedures have been done painlessly and also carefully explained to me as well, so I knew what to expect before they started. I am happy to say that this is the best experience with any dentist that I’ve ever had. More
