There’s one reason I drive out of my way to visit this location: the staff makes me feel welcomed and pays attention to detail. I can tell they’ve read over my chart/history before I get any type of service done. My anxiety has dropped tremendously since becoming a customer of the Lilburn location.Sheena, the Office Manager, operates with a warm efficiency that keeps things running smoothly without making me feel like just a number. Keep her happy, and you’ll keep us happy - ☺️.On this last visit, Nerissa administered the in-office whitening procedure and walked me through it every step of the way. She has an excellent chair side demeanor and helped me relax even more. She was patient with me, and that made me feel appreciated as a customer.Patient care seems to be a reoccurring theme at the Lilburn office, extending across departments. The dental hygienist, Erica took her time while cleaning my teeth, and I didn’t experience any pain or slips of cleaning tool against my gums. She’s by far my favorite.I don’t always take the time to write reviews but with something as serious as dental care, I just had to share a location I highly recommend. More

This was my first experience at the Mint Dentistry location, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dentist visits I’ve had. My visit was at their Lilburn location.From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I had little to no wait time, which made the visit even better. The team that took care of me was pleasant, soft-spoken, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way—from X-rays to the exam, cleaning, and fluoride treatment. They truly care about their patients and go out of their way to make the experience stress-free.I also loved the extras—they give you a goody bag with their logo sunglasses, their own branded chapstick and toothpaste, a new toothbrush, and sample fluoride toothpaste to try at home. That personal touch really stands out compared to other dental offices.One of the best perks is that they fit you for free custom at-home whitening trays (once any needed dental work is completed), which is a huge bonus.If you’re looking for a great dentist in Lilburn that accepts insurance, provides excellent care, and makes you feel comfortable, I highly recommend Mint Dentistry. This review is written from the perspective of someone who only had X-rays and cleaning because my teeth are perfect, I am perfect. I am the chosen one.I made my appointment online at midnight at a time when u should be texting your ex. I was sceptical of a same day appointment, but I got there at 8 and the front desk was very professional and friendly. No one rolled their eyes at me like I was a scrub tryna get some love. The check in was easy they didn't ask me much. I had to fill out a form on an iPad. And I waited about 20 minutes to be taken to the back. No issues with the wait time. Wait times are normal at ANY office. The office was clean and very nice and modern.First of all the method of adult distraction was extraordinary. They played the first 48hours on a big tv but it was the early 2000's episodes with the nokia snake phones and sidekicks. I felt calm as I tried to figure out who murdered Paula -mother of three and left her body in the woods. My mind drifted off and I didn't think about how a stranger was about to dig in my mouth with a sharp hook.The X-ray technician was so nice and helpful. The dentist didn't try to take my money when I asked about whitening. The doctor told me my teeth weren't that yellow because I'm perfect and he said the in office whitening might damage my enamel and offered me complimentary at home whitening. The young lady who did my X-rays made a mold of my teeth for the home whitening and then the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth and told me I was naughty for not visiting the dentist in over four years. But I am perfect and I was distracted by the confession of Paula's killer. The hygenist scheduled me for my next cleaning 6 months out. She gave me an amazing gift bag and it had my teeth whitening kit in it. When I got home I received an email with a PDF for how to whiten my teeth. I am very impressed with the entire experience.Restroom was cleanFront desk was friendly no one had nail salon cluster eyelashes for 35 dollars with the thick black glue- these women were classy and dressed nice. They took pride In their appearance and dressed to match the vibe.First 48 on the tv was everything I never knew I needed.Appointment was the same day made online through Google maps. Easy.The dentist was honest with me.The wait was normal.Gift bag was fire 🔥Cool interior aestheticThe process was smoother than I'm used to at a doctor or dentist. I dont experience any of that here...all of the team members take their time and are patient and understanding.I'd recommend anyone go here especially if you want to be in the care of a dental health team that cares about you and wants you to have the best experience and dental health. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. The staff have always been great and accommodating. For my last two cleanings, Devika was my hygienist. She listens to comments and concerns and is very thorough and gentle. I leave feeling very happy and satisfied after seeing her. Hoping that Devika will stick around for a while as I feel she is top tier. Thanks for making my experiences pleasant. More

I've notice alot of fancy high end dentist offices popping up and that's fine and dandy but I'm not too interested in all the foo foo when it comes to my time . First I got like a million notices to confirm on my phone the reminders are excessive . Second it's 3 of us getting basic cleaning and xrays we get there 946 for a 10am appointment they called us at 1030 so in the beginning the process was smooth though they was 30 mins behind and seem over booked. Everyone was cool once the xrays was done they put the cloth on to clean but all of sudden this receptionist come to me with the treat ment plans for me and my kids. I thought that was just out of order to let me know that part while I'm about to start the clean laying back in the chair. However she leaves me back there they take the cloth off and act as if they wasn't going to clean my teeth she even said they are behind and ask if I want to come back THAT'S A NO( I took off work for this I'm not coming back ( I'm not sure if they was trying to get me to commit to the the treat ment plans but I told them from the gate I'm just here for cleaning and xrays and I will review all of it once I'm home and budget what I can do I said that like 4 times. Well I waited nearly an hour no one came back to clean my teeth I got up and demanded someone to come do the job well I had to wait another 30 mins. I went in for a cleaning and had a little bit of a wait but I didn’t mind because as I was waiting I was able to enjoy the heated massage chair and had a Netflix and chill moment. I will recommend Mint Dentistry to any on it not like your traditional dentist office. More

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. It was the cleanest dentist I've ever been to, and there is no pressure on any services. I ended up spending more than I had planned, as I thought the cleaning was included in the plan, but apparently I required a deeper clean than what was included. 🤷Otherwise, it was a lovely experience. Provide music or television entertainment. Dentist was very professional. The cleaning was fairly comfortable , better than prior dental offices I’ve visited. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Heard about them on the radio and decided to give them a try. From the first step into the office to my check out the experience was AMAZING. The staff is professional and personal. They educated me along the process even though I went in for a simple cleaning. Learned more about flossing techniques and my teeth.
