My wife had an appointment today I just sat in the lobby while she was being seen, and I couldn’t help but notice how everything was run. There was a young guy I’m assuming he’s the manage who really stood out. He greeted every patient that walked in with a warm welcome and just had a super professional, positive vibes. You could tell he was handling a lot at once, but he still made time for people and didn’t make anyone feel rushed. It’s not something you see everywhere, but it definitely made a difference. He seems like a great fit for this office and the area.
