"Mint Dental 💯%PROFESSIONALS!! I was in search of a new dentist closer to our home. My goodness- Pretty much @ my front door. I had my exam; xrays, and deep cleaning all in the same week. The office is clean, Stylish and above all they have staff which care. The Dr explains clearly what you need, as well as what the Xrays show - they all listen too you very well.. I can't say enough about the front desk crew pretty ladies!! I had some issues in the beginning but they walked me through all of my hurdles.. Well, if it’s the Addison - Mint Dentistry office, then everyone will like it. I’ve seen Dr. Tran for 2-3 years now. He not only cares about the health and betterment of my dental life, but he also pays attention to things like my mental health and my hypertension status. "The Decatur location is my favorite of all the metro ATLANTA locations I've visited (I've been to ALOT of the metro ATL Mint locations). Dr. Perlow and her team are truly exceptional. I've been to many dentists throughout my life in different countries, and Dr. Perlow is one of the best dentists I've ever come across!!. Not only is she exceptionally skilled in her role as a dentist, but she cares about her patients and the staff she works with. A nerve in my tooth was dying after a cavity filling at another ATL mint office. I was in EXTREME pain. Dr. Perlow advised me and educated me on why I was feeling pain and what my options were. She also numbed me and gave me medication to temporarily relieve the pain. No other mint office has ever offered me this much care and attention as Dr.Perlow and her team. Her assitants Kaylon, Taykeisha are also exceptional and some of the best I've come across as well. They work so well as a team and are fantastic at their job. Also the front desk staff are some of the most friendly and inviting people you will come across. I would recommend anyone looking for an amazing and reliable dentist to choose this mint location and Dr. Perlow. I hope I can have Dr. Perlow as my family dentist forever. I've recommended all of my friends and family to come to her for their next dentist appointment. I promise you will enjoy her service."

"Best care I have ever received! went to Mint McKinney a few weeks ago as I had cracked a tooth and wasn’t sure what to do, and my regular dentist had moved out of state. From hello, everything at Mint McKinney was top-notch. Dr. Margavitch and her staff helped me inderstand all of my options and helped me pick the right thing for me and my budget, and then today was the big day for my tooth extraction and getting my “flipper”. It was an INCREDIBLE experience. From walking in and having the front desk greet me with “hello, Robbie!!” to being taken back and helped relax and get ready for the extraction, I could not have been treated better. They provide laughing gas, (my first time and it helped SO much!) and that with the gentle care of the dentist performing the extraction (I did not catch his name, but please, I hope he knows how much he helped me relax and how incredible he was!) everything was A++. I’m back home now, with my after care instructions and feeling very, VERY well taken care of, understood and helped. I can not reconnect MINT McKinney enough!!!"

"I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now. I’ve had a few deep cleanings/exams & they fixed a tooth another dentist messed up on. They are extremely clean & customer service is A1. The receptionist Lamar is a wonderful employee with a great spirit. He’s professional & very patient. They definitely have the right person up front. I believe the receptionist always sets the tone for how you feel your visit will turn out. And he did just that with greeting everyone who came in & taking their information swiftly & being nice about it. Give that man a raise lol! Also the doctors who examined me were knowledgeable & explained things with me at my pace. Overall great dentist! Super happy with my visit!"

"I love this location and Mint Dentistry as a whole, Dr Lam is the best. She is not only professional but she is caring and does everything necessary to make sure her patients are comfortable. I have horrible anxiety and had an anxiety attack during my procedure she reacted so fast and her and her staff made sure to comfort me until I was calm enough to proceed. No judgement they just made sure I was good. My kids also come to this location and I’ve never seen kids who you don’t have to coerce to go to the dentist but they to love Dr. Lam and her amazing staff. When I miss the call (because of my occupation) they cancel my appointment. I’ve been complaining about this for years. They’ve neglected to read notes added by Sugar Land. My appointment was canceled today and Sugar Land added me and got me in and out within the hour. Dr. Lee is my new favorite!"

"I don’t know if anyone hates coming to the dentist as much as I do because of the drills, possible report on how we need to better clean this or that and not to mention the X-rays! I always hate getting XRays because of how that thing goes in your mouth to bite down on so they can take a good photo, always hurt. I have the bottom two bones that poke out (I hear not everyone has it so you may not know what I’m speaking on) HOWEVER today my X-rays went soooo smooth. Best ever to be honest! I want to give a shout out to the best dental hygienist ever! She didn’t make me bite down on that thing and got her pictures in two clicks! "Called around on the morning of Aug 3d because one of the teeth on my lower right side had decided to start to hurt...it also happens to be the abutment tooth that my bridge sits on. I looked for in-netwoork dentists on my insurance's website. One practice didn't have an appointment until the middle of Aug and then I would have had to wait for an appointment with the surgeon to extract the tooth in Sep. After some more calls, the Brentwood MINT location was able to get me in the next morning. I provided the requested information during the call, then followed the link in the welcome email and completed the forms electronically that you usually fill out at your first visit. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. I can very much recommend MiNT Dentistry in Brentwood Update 06/17/24: MiNT texted reminder on 06/14 that I was overdue for cleaning. Got appointment for 06/15; staff was courteous and professional as always and my teeth got a horoughly cleaning."

Everyone was cool once the xrays was done they put the cloth on to clean but all of sudden this receptionist come to me with the treat ment plans for me and my kids. I thought that was just out of order to let me know that part while I'm about to start the clean laying back in the chair. However she leaves me back there they take the cloth off and act as if they wasn't going to clean my teeth she even said they are behind and ask if I want to come back THAT'S A NO( I took off work for this I'm not coming back ( I'm not sure if they was trying to get me to commit to the the treat ment plans but I told them from the gate I'm just here for cleaning and xrays and I will review all of it once I'm home and budget what I can do I said that like 4 times. Well I waited nearly an hour no one came back to clean my teeth I got up and demanded someone to come do the job well I had to wait another 30 mins. "My FIRST unmedicated dental appointment (due to pregnancy) was a really amazing experience. Paperwork was not the best at first so I was skeptical but the care was the best I have received. Dr. Bryant was super super super understanding of my extremely high dental anxiety. I have issues with things touching my gums and the pure sound of any of the equipment. They help me drown all that out. Dr. Bryant even did my cleaning to ensure I was in and out as soon as humanly possible. The assistant Haretta just kept her self close and polished my teeth in record time. They offer Netflix and Pandora for TV but I had my headphones in. The chapstick is a great addition cause my lips be tore up after most appointments. This was also the first time I was not UPSOLD or oversold procedures that I didn’t need. I have never been to a dentist and they said you are good to go with just the cleaning. Ashley at checkout had all my stuff ready for me to GRAB AND GO so I didn’t have to wait and listen to the drills or water suction."

The lady closest to the front door assisted me with the check-in process, provided me with the necessary paperwork, and kindly offered me a water. I regret not remembering the name of the lady who conducted my X-rays, but she was exceptionally kind and patient. She explained the entire procedure in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Dr. Win was incredibly friendly and professional. She thoroughly examined my mouth, reviewed my X-rays, and provided her honest assessment. She also positively acknowledged some previous dental work I had done before moving to this area, which further instilled trust in her expertise. My hygienist, Ms. Karen, was also wonderful. From the clean and tidy office with a very polite and professional admin staff, to the tech (so sorry,but I forgot his name), to the cleaning tech Cynthia, and then the dentist Dr.Jackson, everyone was just so professional, courteous, informative, and efficient. The wait time was barely 5 mins and they took so much care and time with me during the appt, doing a very thorough job. Everything was explained before every and each procedure.
