"First and foremost, I must say that this was the most aesthetically pleasing office with the most up-to-date technology and innovative equipment , by far. Solange the office manager , Dr. Hardaway and their staff were very kind and caring. On top of that, I felt they’re professionalism overall in there attention to how I felt as a patient. I warned them when I walked in. I knew I was in bad shape, but no one made me feel ashamed about it. Life has really been life-ing and I have let so many things get in the way of really focusing on taking care of myself. One step at a time, I am putting myself back together starting with my health. "I love it here. For a long time I had an insurance that mint didn't accept, and I hated my last dentist's office. I'm so glad to be back! My wait was very reasonable, deep cleaning, xrays and exam done in less than an hour. My hygienist, Faron, was AWESOME! Very quick working, careful, thorough and checked on how I was doing often. So gentle she got the deep cleaning done without having to use shots, only numbing gel. Excited to come back soon!"

"The staff were friendly, every single one of them that interacted with me and my husband. Dentist Pedro explained my X-rays to me as well (my previous dentist didn't). I liked that they took the time to educate me and inform me of my treatment options. The cleaning didn't hurt. The staff was very accommodating. Yvonne (sorry if I spelled it wrong), David, Bailey and Dentist Pedro were all very kind and I could tell they all love what they do and love where they work. This was by far the best dentist visit I have had. I look forward to my next visit."

"Mint Dentistry is hands down the Chick-fil-A of the dental industry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. They offered me a massage chair, Netflix (no ads), Pandora music (no ads), and even sunglasses to make the experience as enjoyable as possible—who knew going to the dentist could feel so relaxing? Every team member, from the front desk to the dental hygienists and the dentist, was genuinely kind and professional. They answered all my questions with patience and took the time to explain every detail of my care. Just like Chick-fil-A, you can feel that they prioritize customer service and make it a point to treat each patient with respect and kindness. If you want a dental experience that leaves you smiling (literally and figuratively), I can’t recommend Mint Dentistry enough!"

"I don’t know what the hell the CEO of Mint Dentisry is doing to make the staff provide excellent customer service consistently but whatever it is, he needs to bottle up his magic 🪄 and sell it to other business owners for a discount so they’ll be enticed to buy it to get their employees to treat people like the staff does at MD. Nowadays it’s a challenge to go into an establishment to get consistently good customer service from everyone. However, each time I go to MD, the staff is always pleasant, some are super nice and friendly but at minimum I’ve always had a pleasant interaction with the staff. Unlike my former dentist office I went to for 15 years (ie G.E.D.), I have not been severely overcharged although I have always had pretty good insurance. I’ve not received any outlandish back billing like I’d get from GED. Every time i go to Mint dentistry and check out, Im always waiting for them to ask me to pay some high price for this, that, or the other because for 15 years this is exactly what my former dentist staff would do at checkout despite the fact I’ve always had insurance. To date it hasn’t happened here and I’ve been going almost a year. All i can do is thank my former dentist office for going down hill over the years and the Mint denistry CEO for bombarding the radio station I listen to with constant advertisements because if my dentist office hadn’t gotten so bad that I got sick of them and knew I needed to change and I didn’t constantly hear the Mint denistry commercials, I never would have left G.E.D. especially since it’s right down the street from my house. But so glad i made the switch. Even though its much further from my home than my other dentist, i gladly make the drive and past right on by my former dentist with a smile. Only wish I’d switched dental offices sooner because I could’ve saved thousands of dollars in my pocket as well a spared myself some headaches by simply making the switch."

"I have got to say mint dentistry is the best place to be if your shy about dentist visit. It was my 2nd dentist office in 2 days. The 1st one was a lil pushy and rough and forward. I went to mint the next day because I wanted a 2nd option. Let me tell you it was night and day. I am so glad I did. The office manager is the receptionist and one of the nicest people you could ask for your 1st visit. The next person I met was taking x-rays and let me tell you. She was just as nice and very attentive to you. She made me feel relaxed and as comfortable as you can be at a dentist. Next I met the doctor. A very nice man who doesn't let you forget that he works for you. He gives you options and choices not this is the plan and this is what needs to be done. Which I can appreciate. If money is an issue which from time to time we all have. They give you more options. Love the guy... well as much as you can for a man that pulled my tooth.lol. I had the next person come in and she was just as nice. She cleaned my teeth and was just as nice as the rest. I can't say enough good things about everyone at this place. "I was fully prepared to end my relationship with Mint Dentistry forever after two disastrous experiences at their Waxahachie and Desoto locations. I showed up today, not expecting much—just here for my crown so I could quietly tiptoe away into dental oblivion and never look back. But then I met Dr. Kheiri and his team… and wow, did my plans change! From the moment I walked in, the staff offered great care and compassion that was nothing short of miraculous. I went from counting the minutes until my move (so I could leave this place behind) to actually feeling sad I wouldn’t be returning. The level of care was so great, I was practically in tears—thanks, menopause! I couldn’t stop apologizing for my bad attitude (I'm still so sorry 🤦🏼♀️) because Dr. Kheiri and his team are nothing short of amazing. "First I want to start with I am a huge ball of anxiety when it comes to dental work in general, like blood pressure is high, pulse high, will avoid at all costs! I was referred to Pure Oral surgery by Mint dentistry, for a tooth extraction x 2. One that had been recently bothering me and one that has been a source of anxiety for the last 5 years. I have had two other dentists attempt to remove that bothersome tooth and both unable to get it numb, due to a chronic infection and I’m sure the level of anxiety surrounding it. Today I arrived and was greeted by their receptionist who was friendly and pleasant, wait to be seen was minimal and started with the usual X-rays and an MRI so they could see what they were working with. Met with Dr.Carmichael who was amazing, made me feel informed about my choices for the two teeth that were bothering me as well as gave me options for having implants on down the line, he used science and evidence based practice to explain in a way I understood. Once back in the surgery seat it was all pretty simple. Last thing I remember is closing my eyes and taking a deep breath. Once finished I was wheeled out to my family and car, loaded with post op instructions and a bag of helpful supplies. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing extensive work done or just an anxiety ball that needs to be sedated to have the work done. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Will be returning when I am healed and ready for the next steps of my treatment plan."

I wanted to see my hygienist Daniel but i have used up all my cleanings for the year because he is so damn good. I am an Ole G!! Been with mint since 2015 and i have never had a bad experience with them!! I just hope soon they begin to offer oerks for us long standing clients!! It doesn’t stop there everyone I came in contact with were cordial and always explained everything they were going to do prior to doing it. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even offered options of Netflix or pandora as I waited to get my teeth cleaned.The hygienist (Derrick)was awesome with all of the knowledge he shared with me about maintaining healthy teeth, he was patient and made sure the whole time I was okay through the process. He did an incredible job with my teeth cleaning. Coming out of the dentist chair I felt like I had a new set of teeth. I would definitely recommend Hyattsville Mint Dentistry to my family and friends. You won’t be disappointed, I even received my free whitening kit the same day.
