"I was referred to PURE Oral Surgery for a tooth extraction and I'm so happy I came. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming from Stephanie, Melody/Melanie and the taller gentleman in the front. Sorry if I mixed up the staff names but they all were excellent from start to finish. Very caring staff. I personally dread going to the Dentist but this office made me feel so comfortable it really eased my nervousness. The Dentist Dr. Paulino is TOP TIER!! He was so friendly and very down to earth, you can tell he's very passionate about his work. He offered a few other suggestions and overall gave excellent advice regarding my oral care. The procedure was very quick, very smooth. I travel allot for work and new to the area and would highly recommend this Dentist. It's hard to find a good dentist but PURE definitely exceeded all of my expectations and I'm actually looking forward in coming back getting the rest of the work done. Thanks again for making this the SMOOTHEST PROCESS EVER!!YOU GUYS ROCK!!"

I already scheduled my next cleaning with him. The Dr. was not pushy about additional care, as I see a specialist for dentures. But I may change and use Mint for that as well after this amazing visit! Desk and x-ray personnel were kind and professional too and don’t forget your cool shades at the desk!"

"I love Canton MINT Denistry! Dr. Barton is a wonderful Dentist who takes his time to explain things and does a great job. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful when checking in and out. Shout out to Amari (spelling probably wrong) but she and the other lady helping were wonderful.My 14 year old got his first cavity filled and it went smoothly with no issue. Grateful for this practice!"

Crystal, the tech, was so friendly and welcoming. She made my time there so much better. Dr. Omar was also very friendly as well. They explained everything as well as what I should be doing at home to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Omar dispelled some myths, too. I needed some work done and the front desk and manager broken down the costs of everything as well as payment options. There was no pressure to do the work the same day because I didn’t have the funds. The waiting room is very nice as well!"

Yesterday that crown came off while I was eating. I called mint because I hoped they would take care of it. They did! I found out that the dentist that did the poor procedure is no longer there.Dr. Scott and Jordan were amazing. They took care of the repair without charge. They were very empathetic to my concerns. "I was scheduled to get a whitening tray, and when I got there they had some difficulties with their suction. I'm currently on crutches, and it's hard to get around. Instead of making me come back, they were able to allow me to get the trays without having to use the suction. That was so helpful for me! Great job!!"

"I went to my dental appointment to have one tooth filled and another extracted. I am always greeted with a smile everytime I go.The dental assistant prepped me and when the dentist came in, he took time to fully explain a question I asked him. I informed him I was on Eliquis, a blood thinner, and he advised that he would not do the extraction until I had been cleared by my PC doctor. It was obvious to me that he cared more about my health than the tooth!Once he began filling the other tooth, he explained what he was doing as he went along, all the time ensuring that I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure. Afterwards he showed me my xrays and again explained what he did, as well as what the next steps were.Mint Dentistry in Grapevine, is the place to go!"

"I started attending this dentist as a referral. Best dentist that can see you is Dr.Nuaimi. I had two tooth infections and she immediately detected the problem. She sent me to get two re-treatments on two of my lower right side for roots canals. She was super patient and will always look out of the patient. Now her assistant Larkin-RDA is very knowledgeable and helpful. I never really give any reviews to anything, but boy they deserve that and more.Thank you to these ladies! I had Cordell as my hygienist and he made me feel so taken care of and relaxed for my deep cleaning. And dr. Nguyen was quick and attentive. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Keisha (great smile and very helpful) to recent grad Jordan (she’s going to have a great career- as she’s compassionate and knowledgeable) to both Dr Peterson and Dr Sport whom are two of the best and highly skilled dentists I’ve ever worked with and believe you me, I’ve been “around the block”. Dr Sport had three fillings (never fun) on me but the procedure went smoothly with highly skilled professionalism. This is a great practice with a great team! I’m still waiting on the one from July to be refunded; going on six weeks now. I’ve called twice and was told it would have to come by check because my card was a debit card. The first $199 was credited back online so I’m wondering why this one can’t be, and why it is taking their accounting department weeks to get this done?! Since I wasn’t charged in August, that issue seems to be fixed. Now, I would just like my $199 back. That’s a lot of money just popping out of your account unexpectedly, so please pop it right back in!"

I’ve hopped back on here and removed one star due to an unresolved financial glitch. I’m on the “Mint Plan” that is offered for those not using dental insurance. I was charged my renewal of $199 in May… then $199 again in June… then $199 again in July. The one for June was refunded in a week. I’m still waiting on the one from July to be refunded; going on six weeks now. I’ve called twice and was told it would have to come by check because my card was a debit card. The first $199 was credited back online so I’m wondering why this one can’t be, and why it is taking their accounting department weeks to get this done?! Since I wasn’t charged in August, that issue seems to be fixed. Now, I would just like my $199 back. That’s a lot of money just popping out of your account unexpectedly, so please pop it right back in!"

My other dentist was money hungry. And had a dog in the office. So glad I don't have to go to Dr. Langston on North druid hill anymore. Found me a new home."
