"My first time at MINT Dentistry West Oaks and it was a great experience! I've been super nervous to go to a dentist since I was a teen. I let them know and there was no judgement, only care. Dr. Bali took time to make me feel comfortable and empowered to speak up for myself if I felt uncomfortable. Mekole was a delight and made me feel really safe and relax. Yuliet made sure to check on me so that I didn't feel left behind when waiting. And Cho is an amazing hygenist! She was meticulous in making sure my teeth were healthy and tartar-free. I have sensitive gums and she helped with that. Definitely recommend this spot and am looking forward to coming back to this dentist office again. "We switched to mint dentistry back in December 2025 and I love that we can bring all 4 of our kids saw day as everyone know that's hard to have to make multiple appts different days when you have multiple kids. We are back today June 5 2026 and though im a bit frustrated that's it's been a bit slow getting my kids taken care of today, I can say when I voiced my concern that we didn't want to be here long (hours) , a staff member CAROYLYN did what she could to help to try and move things along faster. Simple gestures or just knowing somebody is hearing the patients/parents matters. Our appt started at 2pm and it's 4pm and yes I am beyond ready to go but being heard is all you can ask so thank you Carolyn for hearing and for your efforts today."

"I have been going to Mint dentistry in Cypress for about the past year. Every time I go in for a dental cleaning or appointment the staff is always very friendly and professional.I recently had 2 bone impacted wisdom teeth surgically extracted by Dr. Vangorp ( a procedure that I was absolutely terrified about having done & had put off for nearly a decade ). He was wonderful to work with. He was extremely patient, compassionate, knowledgeable & did a fantastic job with my surgical extraction. He maintained good repoire & kept the "lines of communication" open throughout the entire process and during the post-op recovery answering any questions & addressing all my concerns. He and the staff at Mint Dentistry did a wonderful job taking care of me.I've also been a patient of Dr. De Pedro. Mint Dentistry Plano has me questioning everything I thought I knew about dental care.First of all, this was the FIRST time in my life a dental hygienist explained that you're NOT supposed to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth. Excuse me?! Apparently, that toothpaste acts like lotion for your teeth and is supposed to stay there. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I had ever read the directions on my dental products.Well, let me tell you... I went home and started reading labels like I was studying for the bar exam. Sure enough, every single one of them says not to rinse. Here I am, learning something new at the dentist after all these years.Now let me tell you what really impressed me. I brought my 16-year-old daughter with me, and we had appointments at the same time. Even though we were in rooms right next to each other, the staff made sure to keep me updated on everything that was going on with her while still taking care of me. They bounced back and forth between us, explained her treatment, answered my questions, and reassured me that my baby was okay every step of the way.As a mama bear, that meant EVERYTHING. This visit was my second time getting a wisdom tooth pulled, and it was the smoothest process ever. I did not feel any pain leaving or after the numbing medication wore off. I have very sensitive teeth, and even for regular cleanings I usually need anesthesia because of the pain. This time, Charlotte worked her magic — she did a deep cleaning with no anesthesia and, unbelievably, no pain at all. Her hands are truly amazing.Afterward, Dr. Zubillaga did an excellent job diagnosing a tooth that I thought needed to be extracted and gave it a second chance.
