"I’ve gotten 13 fillings in the past at other dentist offices and one of them fell. I had one redone here and OMG it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I have a huge anxiety of needles and just dental procedures in general. They took such great care of me. I didn’t feel a thing! Dr Jackson and MA Brandi were both amazing. Dr.Jackson knows what he’s doing and he’s good at it!!! So thankful. Hygienist UG was also great and supper friendly."

"My visit today as usual was the best my receptionist Cyan and Bailey were very helpful with setting up my future treatment. My dental assistants Lisa and Frankie and of course my Doctor Jungmin lee. I wanted to see my hygienist Daniel but i have used up all my cleanings for the year because he is so damn good. I am an Ole G!! Been with mint since 2015 and i have never had a bad experience with them!! I just hope soon they begin to offer oerks for us long standing clients!! It doesn’t stop there everyone I came in contact with were cordial and always explained everything they were going to do prior to doing it. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even offered options of Netflix or pandora as I waited to get my teeth cleaned.The hygienist (Derrick)was awesome with all of the knowledge he shared with me about maintaining healthy teeth, he was patient and made sure the whole time I was okay through the process. He did an incredible job with my teeth cleaning. Coming out of the dentist chair I felt like I had a new set of teeth. "I had my very first appt at Mint Denistry yesterday first thing in the morning, and my first experience there was absolutely wonderful. I know most people hate the dentist and are even scared of going to the dentist, but me personally I’ve never really cared one way or the other… however, if I WERE one of those people that hated coming to the dentist or were afraid to come, then I can definitely say that Mint Denistry at UPTOWN in Dallas would absolutely be where I would want to go. The entire staff - everyone from the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to the doctors themselves - they were all so lovely and kindhearted and welcoming, any fears you might have would simply melt away the moment you encounter all of these wonderful lovely ladies. Each of them treated me with grace and respect, and made me feel welcome, while also making me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. No matter who I spoke with, they all were able to answer every single one of my questions and keep me informed. The entire process ran smoothly and I was actually happy to be there. I would recommend MINT at UPTOWN to anybody and everybody. I will be going back in a week for a whitening and in another 6 months for another cleaning. I booked my appointment the same day and was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. I completed all necessary forms online and was even seen an hour before my scheduled time since I arrived early. The office is beautifully decorated and the R&B playlist, featuring both old and new tracks, created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the services were efficient. I even left with a thoughtful goodie bag filled with high-quality dental essentials, a nice touch compared to the usual freebies at other practices. This was also the first time I've been prescribed medication by a dental provider, which showed their attention to my oral health beyond just the routine cleaning. The only drawback was the suction device, which I nearly choked on a few times and had to adjust myself before the doctor made the necessary adjustments. This minor issue did create some discomfort, which was unusual for me as I've never been anxious at the dentist before. From the front desk and check in support of Ms. Sharon and A’Jada to the dental assistant calming spirit of Tekeshia and Meyers was hands down the best one yet. "Best care I have ever received! I went to Mint McKinney a few weeks ago as I had cracked a tooth and wasn’t sure what to do, and my regular dentist had moved out of state. From hello, everything at Mint McKinney was top-notch. Dr. Margavitch and her staff helped me inderstand all of my options and helped me pick the right thing for me and my budget, and then today was the big day for my tooth extraction and getting my “flipper”. It was an INCREDIBLE experience. From walking in and having the front desk greet me with “hello, Robbie!!” to being taken back and helped relax and get ready for the extraction, I could not have been treated better. They provide laughing gas, (my first time and it helped SO much!) and that with the gentle care of the dentist performing the extraction (I did not catch his name, but please, I hope he knows how much he helped me relax and how incredible he was!) everything was A++. I’m back home now, with my after care instructions and feeling very, VERY well taken care of, understood and helped. I can not reconnect MINT McKinney enough!!!"

"Best care I have ever received! went to Mint McKinney a few weeks ago as I had cracked a tooth and wasn’t sure what to do, and my regular dentist had moved out of state. From hello, everything at Mint McKinney was top-notch. Dr. Margavitch and her staff helped me inderstand all of my options and helped me pick the right thing for me and my budget, and then today was the big day for my tooth extraction and getting my “flipper”. It was an INCREDIBLE experience. From walking in and having the front desk greet me with “hello, Robbie!!” to being taken back and helped relax and get ready for the extraction, I could not have been treated better. They provide laughing gas, (my first time and it helped SO much!) and that with the gentle care of the dentist performing the extraction (I did not catch his name, but please, I hope he knows how much he helped me relax and how incredible he was!) everything was A++. "Called around on the morning of Aug 3d because one of the teeth on my lower right side had decided to start to hurt...it also happens to be the abutment tooth that my bridge sits on. I looked for in-netwoork dentists on my insurance's website. One practice didn't have an appointment until the middle of Aug and then I would have had to wait for an appointment with the surgeon to extract the tooth in Sep. After some more calls, the Brentwood MINT location was able to get me in the next morning. I provided the requested information during the call, then followed the link in the welcome email and completed the forms electronically that you usually fill out at your first visit. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. I can very much recommend MiNT Dentistry in Brentwood Update 06/17/24: MiNT texted reminder on 06/14 that I was overdue for cleaning. Got appointment for 06/15; staff was courteous and professional as always and my teeth got a horoughly cleaning."

First I got like a million notices to confirm on my phone the reminders are excessive . Second it's 3 of us getting basic cleaning and xrays we get there 946 for a 10am appointment they called us at 1030 so in the beginning the process was smooth though they was 30 mins behind and seem over booked. Everyone was cool once the xrays was done they put the cloth on to clean but all of sudden this receptionist come to me with the treat ment plans for me and my kids. I thought that was just out of order to let me know that part while I'm about to start the clean laying back in the chair. However she leaves me back there they take the cloth off and act as if they wasn't going to clean my teeth she even said they are behind and ask if I want to come back THAT'S A NO( I took off work for this I'm not coming back ( I'm not sure if they was trying to get me to commit to the the treat ment plans but I told them from the gate I'm just here for cleaning and xrays and I will review all of it once I'm home and budget what I can do I said that like 4 times. Well I waited nearly an hour no one came back to clean my teeth I got up and demanded someone to come do the job well I had to wait another 30 mins. "My FIRST unmedicated dental appointment (due to pregnancy) was a really amazing experience. Paperwork was not the best at first so I was skeptical but the care was the best I have received. Dr. Bryant was super super super understanding of my extremely high dental anxiety. I have issues with things touching my gums and the pure sound of any of the equipment. They help me drown all that out. Dr. Bryant even did my cleaning to ensure I was in and out as soon as humanly possible. The assistant Haretta just kept her self close and polished my teeth in record time. They offer Netflix and Pandora for TV but I had my headphones in. The chapstick is a great addition cause my lips be tore up after most appointments. This was also the first time I was not UPSOLD or oversold procedures that I didn’t need. I have never been to a dentist and they said you are good to go with just the cleaning. Ashley at checkout had all my stuff ready for me to GRAB AND GO so I didn’t have to wait and listen to the drills or water suction."

"I had a tooth emergency yesterday and MINT Dentistry, Decatur location, came to my rescue. I called about 10am and was given a 12:30 appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. I showed up in excruciating pain (3 days worth), with a hole in my tooth begging for a root canal. I anticipated being given a consultation and plan of care before being sent home with a follow-up appointment. "First of all their discount plan is amazing for people who don’t have dental insurance. They recently did a root canal for me at $1100. But more impressive than the affordable care for those without insurance is the warmth and approachability of everyone in the office from the people at the front desk all the way up to the dentists. But I was most desirous of leaving a review because of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth today at the Pearland office. Her name is Carin. She didn’t make me feel “judged” for not having had my teeth cleaned in over a year. She did such a good and thorough job and my teeth look awesome now. She was very quick to notice the slightest discomfort I had when a couple of my more sensitive teeth made me react just slightly. She took care to numb my gums with a gel so she could complete the cleaning of those teeth with a manual instrument rather than the motorized tool which caused discomfort to a few of my teeth. She is obviously not there just for a paycheck, but truly enjoys taking great care of her patients and explaining everything she is doing. I’m a guy who easily gets nervous and jumpy about lots of things, but Carin had me at ease from start to finish. I hope the management and dentists over her know what a valuable part of the team she is. I’m sure they do. I’ll be returning to the Pearland office for regular cleanings and any dental problems I might have, well into the future."

Every time I go to the Little York location I get a very good comforting and inviting experience with Daniel. Cyan also assisted me with my treatment plan and she had great customer service. The representative at the front desk with the braids I forgot to catch her name but she always makes you feel like a celebrity when you enter the door. The dentist was patient and listened to my concerns. Me being a registered nurse I know the significance of having great customer service in the industry. Even though she wasn't a regular patient, the office manager Patricia was so wonderful! They quickly got her a same day appointment, x-rays, the team provide excellent care, finding three infected areas and provided medicine. Today was my most recent visit, where Dr. Bell-Nagle was accompanied by Gervaisson for a check-up and cleaning. "Great service on the east side is unheard of, but they have it here. Everybody was extremely polite. Nice, they offer you water and snacks. I got taken back fairly quickly. Got my x-rays, trays for teeth whitening made and got to watch Netflix in a massage chair. I didn’t get to watch for long because by the time I knew it the doctor was in. She did my exam and teeth cleaning and I was done. All around great service. I’m really happy I chose mint."

"I was here for the first time today after years of avoiding the dentist due to bad experiences. First the office was stunning. It was very clean and had a cute Instagram wall. The woman at the front desk was super kind and made my check in easy. There were even snacks and a little lip balm for me to take home! When I was called in, Diamond took all my X-rays and prepared me for my fillings. She was so gentle. I didn’t feel discomfort at all. Then she took me into the room with a TV to watch some Netflix and a massage chair. I have never felt so pampered and at ease. When Dr. T came in she told me exactly what her recos were and then I was shown a price plan with the option on how I would like to proceed. My procedure included local anesthesia (injections) and drilling. I was terrified that it was going to hurt but it did not. Dr T has magic hands. She was patient, checked on me often, and gave encouraging words. This was literally the BEST experience I’ve had at a dentist office and I will be going every six months for maintenance after avoiding for years. Dr T fixed my chipped tooth and now I love the way my smile looks. I would give this team 10 stars if I could. Thank you!"

I came in with tooth pain. I was 100% sure I would need a root canal, but Dr. Joshi instead did a full exam and recommended a deep cleaning with a special toothpaste trial first. "Update: My review is for people with childhood dentist trauma and trash employer funded dental insurance so you can’t get anesthesia. Its a week later and while im not fully healed (on one side) my teeth dont feel like they’re vibrating when they touch. There was no pain during my healing but it felt like I was teething the first week. Biting my tongue to apply pressure to my gums. I stopped taking pains meds the second day so I assume none of that is present if you medicate. Gums tingling and vibrating when the top and bottom click when I start chewing too hard. Came in last minute and they were prepared to do my treatment on the same day. I got an extraction on each side & full cleaning on both sides in the same day. I have absolutely no pain but occasionally taking meds to make sure it stays. Great staff. There wasn’t a long wait either"

Can’t wait to get my new smile in a few weeks. 👍 10/27 UPDATEi I had my procedure done today! All teeth (upper) removed and had 5 implants and temp dentures installed while the gums heal! I had serious issues about going under and especially the “after pain” during the recovery process (I had read horror stories). This was the easiest and less painful dental experience ever. The staff was there with me throughout the procedure! After, had some minor swelling and discomfort for about an hour and a half. Picked up their prescription painkillers at CVS and to my surprise, No pain after that, I mean zero pain at all? I was waiting for the brutal pain to hit, and nothing. All my pain concerns were for nothing. These folks deserve 10 stars 👍👍"

"I’m obsessed! The environment when walking into Mint Dentistry was so cute and the customer service made me feel so comfortable and way less nervous. When I sat down for my cleaning, they asked me if I wanted to play music on a TV or watch anything on Netflix which was such a nice touch. The chairs even heat up and massage you while you’re getting your work done! The cleaning took about 30 minutes total and did not cause me any pain at all. My dental hygienist was so kind and gentle. We had a good laugh about it each time, and no one was upset with me for ruining my dental work (: Dr. EJ is amazing and completely transformed my smile, inspecting each factor causing me to chip my tooth when I was grinding my teeth at night. She was super attentive and completely customized and adjusted my teeth to ensure no more chipping! My smile is better than before I chipped it. My oldest son has Sensory Processing Disorder, and my second oldest son has an extreme aversion to the dentist due to an oral issue he was born with. He has had to have a ton of dental work. There is extreme anxiety around dental visits for the two of them. However, MINT made it a breeze. The dental hygienists, Assistants, and Drs. "What can I say! My new insurance no longer covered my old dentist office and I was heartbroken because they have been my dentist for about ten years. The ambience was perfect for me. The technology was great to see because some of the older dentist offices don’t use the more advanced equipment. My cleaning and cavity was done in the same appointment (that’s never happened for me in the past) and they have a team of qualified dental professionals that move in and out getting s$&/ done. The only caveat was some procedures have to be paid upfront and the patient is responsible for filing the insurance. I definitely understand, but it’d be nice if that process was different."
