"I’ve gotten 13 fillings in the past at other dentist offices and one of them fell. I had one redone here and OMG it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I have a huge anxiety of needles and just dental procedures in general. They took such great care of me. I didn’t feel a thing! Dr Jackson and MA Brandi were both amazing. Dr.Jackson knows what he’s doing and he’s good at it!!! So thankful. Hygienist UG was also great and supper friendly."

"My visit today as usual was the best my receptionist Cyan and Bailey were very helpful with setting up my future treatment. My dental assistants Lisa and Frankie and of course my Doctor Jungmin lee. I wanted to see my hygienist Daniel but i have used up all my cleanings for the year because he is so damn good. I am an Ole G!! Been with mint since 2015 and i have never had a bad experience with them!! I just hope soon they begin to offer oerks for us long standing clients!! It doesn’t stop there everyone I came in contact with were cordial and always explained everything they were going to do prior to doing it. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even offered options of Netflix or pandora as I waited to get my teeth cleaned.The hygienist (Derrick)was awesome with all of the knowledge he shared with me about maintaining healthy teeth, he was patient and made sure the whole time I was okay through the process. He did an incredible job with my teeth cleaning. Coming out of the dentist chair I felt like I had a new set of teeth. Both of them were excellent and extremely friendly ! That’s the way you stuff a front office! Loved the dentist and hygienist I believe Isai and Dr elsy. "I had my very first appt at Mint Denistry yesterday first thing in the morning, and my first experience there was absolutely wonderful. I know most people hate the dentist and are even scared of going to the dentist, but me personally I’ve never really cared one way or the other… however, if I WERE one of those people that hated coming to the dentist or were afraid to come, then I can definitely say that Mint Denistry at UPTOWN in Dallas would absolutely be where I would want to go. The entire staff - everyone from the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to the doctors themselves - they were all so lovely and kindhearted and welcoming, any fears you might have would simply melt away the moment you encounter all of these wonderful lovely ladies. Each of them treated me with grace and respect, and made me feel welcome, while also making me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. No matter who I spoke with, they all were able to answer every single one of my questions and keep me informed. The entire process ran smoothly and I was actually happy to be there. I booked my appointment the same day and was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. I completed all necessary forms online and was even seen an hour before my scheduled time since I arrived early. The office is beautifully decorated and the R&B playlist, featuring both old and new tracks, created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the services were efficient. I even left with a thoughtful goodie bag filled with high-quality dental essentials, a nice touch compared to the usual freebies at other practices. This was also the first time I've been prescribed medication by a dental provider, which showed their attention to my oral health beyond just the routine cleaning. The only drawback was the suction device, which I nearly choked on a few times and had to adjust myself before the doctor made the necessary adjustments. This minor issue did create some discomfort, which was unusual for me as I've never been anxious at the dentist before. From the front desk and check in support of Ms. Sharon and A’Jada to the dental assistant calming spirit of Tekeshia and Meyers was hands down the best one yet. Dr. Margavitch and her staff helped me inderstand all of my options and helped me pick the right thing for me and my budget, and then today was the big day for my tooth extraction and getting my “flipper”. It was an INCREDIBLE experience. From walking in and having the front desk greet me with “hello, Robbie!!” to being taken back and helped relax and get ready for the extraction, I could not have been treated better. They provide laughing gas, (my first time and it helped SO much!) and that with the gentle care of the dentist performing the extraction (I did not catch his name, but please, I hope he knows how much he helped me relax and how incredible he was!) everything was A++. I’m back home now, with my after care instructions and feeling very, VERY well taken care of, understood and helped. I can not reconnect MINT McKinney enough!!!"

"Called around on the morning of Aug 3d because one of the teeth on my lower right side had decided to start to hurt...it also happens to be the abutment tooth that my bridge sits on. I looked for in-netwoork dentists on my insurance's website. One practice didn't have an appointment until the middle of Aug and then I would have had to wait for an appointment with the surgeon to extract the tooth in Sep. After some more calls, the Brentwood MINT location was able to get me in the next morning. I provided the requested information during the call, then followed the link in the welcome email and completed the forms electronically that you usually fill out at your first visit. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. I can very much recommend MiNT Dentistry in Brentwood Update 06/17/24: MiNT texted reminder on 06/14 that I was overdue for cleaning. Got appointment for 06/15; staff was courteous and professional as always and my teeth got a horoughly cleaning."

First I got like a million notices to confirm on my phone the reminders are excessive . However she leaves me back there they take the cloth off and act as if they wasn't going to clean my teeth she even said they are behind and ask if I want to come back THAT'S A NO( I took off work for this I'm not coming back ( I'm not sure if they was trying to get me to commit to the the treat ment plans but I told them from the gate I'm just here for cleaning and xrays and I will review all of it once I'm home and budget what I can do I said that like 4 times. "My FIRST unmedicated dental appointment (due to pregnancy) was a really amazing experience. Paperwork was not the best at first so I was skeptical but the care was the best I have received. Dr. Bryant was super super super understanding of my extremely high dental anxiety. I have issues with things touching my gums and the pure sound of any of the equipment. They help me drown all that out. Dr. Bryant even did my cleaning to ensure I was in and out as soon as humanly possible. The assistant Haretta just kept her self close and polished my teeth in record time. They offer Netflix and Pandora for TV but I had my headphones in. The chapstick is a great addition cause my lips be tore up after most appointments. This was also the first time I was not UPSOLD or oversold procedures that I didn’t need. I have never been to a dentist and they said you are good to go with just the cleaning. I showed up in excruciating pain (3 days worth), with a hole in my tooth begging for a root canal. "I can genuinely say that today has been the absolute BEST experience I’ve had at a dentist during my adult life. I was amazed how wonderful the staff is, as well as the doctor! When I got called to the back, my assistant, I didn’t get her name, was super friendly, took my X-rays really fast and knew exactly what to do when she took my impression trays for my teeth whitening trays. "WOW!!!!! This was definitely an experience. I went in honestly to get my tooth pulled but I asked about further treatment because I eventually wanted to transition to All-on-4( full dentures). They talked me off that ledge quick lol. We came up with the perfect treatment plan for me and it includes veneers( been wanting them since I was 8)!!!! 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!!!!"

"I was super impressed that most of the staff was the young and every single person I encountered was extremely pleasant. Lamont greeted me as soon as he saw me when I first got walked in and he explained the treatment plan to me very thoroughly. Aarron introduced himself and made me feel at ease, explaining everything he was doing. Robbi Ann took great care with my cleaning and her personality and conversation was very delightful. I don't recall the dentist name but to see a young, black professional handling her patience with such care and grace was beautiful to see. The office was clean and beautifully decorated. I have no complaints about my visit and I'll definitely be recommending"

The ambiance is a vibe, The floors were clean, the bathroom was clean loaded with all supplies that you may need for your mouth hygiene, the rooms were clean for the patients to enjoy their experience. The staff at the front desk to the Dental Hygienist were all EXCEPTIONAL. Most of all I received a deep cleaning today and the cleaning was also great!! "Mint in Lauderhill has lovely staff and Dr. Britton is very sweet. Everyone was personable and friendly, which made it a comfortable experience. They have heated massage chairs and let you watch Netflix or listen to music while they’re working with you, makes it more relaxing and less like a dreadful chore. The care was thorough and I trust their recommendations after just my first visit. My first visit was a deep cleaning with Felicia, and Dr. Britton removed my permanent retainer- painlessly and both took their time. It was also very nice to see so many sincere women working collectively in the industry, great job Mint."
"OMG !!!!! If you’re looking for a new dentist office, just hurry over here ! The comfortability and welcome that I received was astronomical. This facility is equipped with amazing staff. Right when I walked through the door, Cynthia welcomed me with open arms, very affectionate and thorough when explaining my treatment plan and scheduling appointment . Diamond was very efficient, kind, and prompt with her work. I watched a movie during my process , provided glasses, whitening promotion, massage chair, even offered a blanket?…. The list goes on. Felicia, was super gentle and efficient while cleaning my teeth. Doctor Britton showed me the x-rays of my teeth and was efficient when explaining what was going on and what treatment I needed. It’s crazy to say, but I literally cannot wait to come back! They’re the best & I’m truly grateful for the love and care I received."
"A previous location in midtown atlanta did not do my fill in my wisdom tooth correctly, there were holes found misinforming the patient of procedure being done. Days later I was in soooo much pain! I decided to change offices and instead go with a dentist at college park office. I am happy to say the dentist and her staff did a wonderful job by really really closing and fixing my problem area by responding with cleaning the area with retreatment. I am so thankful for the staff from the front office desk to the hygienist to the dentist at the college park location for their experience and wonderful customer service. Hands down best location in Georgia is the College Park office. Not to mention parking was easy and freeee!"

"Dr. Hardin is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, personable, etc. I can not say enough good things about her. "I got sent to this location after Grand Prairie could not complete my teeth cleaning. I was upset with Mint for giving me the run around and walked into the Cedar Hill location with no the best vibes nor energy. Jasmine greeted me with a smile and such a great vibe she IMMEDIATLETY changed my energy and assured me they would be getting me taken care of. She did not disappoint they did just that. Taylor the Hygienist was amazing and did an excellent job. I will now be a Cedar Hill patient for life. I have to say that Dr Ellis and his staff are true professionals. From my initial phone call with Ms.Taylor to discussing the procedure, the no nonsense all inclusive pricing, and the process details with Dr Ellis, I experienced their dedication and attention to my concerns first hand. Can’t wait to get my new smile in a few weeks. 👍 10/27 UPDATEi I had my procedure done today! All teeth (upper) removed and had 5 implants and temp dentures installed while the gums heal! I had serious issues about going under and especially the “after pain” during the recovery process (I had read horror stories). This was the easiest and less painful dental experience ever. The staff was there with me throughout the procedure! After, had some minor swelling and discomfort for about an hour and a half. Picked up their prescription painkillers at CVS and to my surprise, No pain after that, I mean zero pain at all? I was waiting for the brutal pain to hit, and nothing. All my pain concerns were for nothing. These folks deserve 10 stars 👍👍"

I the staff was amazing, but who really went above and beyond, to start with Dr. B and forgot to catch the other wonderful lady that was with Dr. B that has been nothing but sweet and supportive when checking my teeth. Lastly Mr. Gv, now that guy has been one of the best individuals that I’ve received a cleaning from period. Gv ensured I was taken care of at the same time being able to connect about sports with such a positive energy. Knowing it’s towards the end of the day and to have such energy. Great all around!"

The other day, I went in for a regular dental cleaning & I was blown away by how not only beautiful this place was with their decor, but how friendly & professional everyone was too! This was my first time here & the forms you have to fill out on the tablet, were straightforward & then, I was taken into the back right after for X-rays, then onto the dental cleaning. The technology/medical devices they use are really high tech & innovative too! My dental hygienist was thorough, yet gentle & the dentist that came in after my cleaning was so nice as well. I’m booked for my next cleaning in 6mos & can’t wait! Thank you all for everything!"

I was both a little shocked and pleasantly surprised. Today was my third visit - initial visit, multiple crowns/ fillings, and permanent crown installations. A+ Yes, all this work was reasonably priced ( I bought the annual discount membership because I don’t have dental insurance.) well worth it…"
"The appointment & check-in process is simple and if you’re uninsured they have a $140 discount plan that will get you started for X-rays and great teeth health moving forward. If you’re nervous I suggest adding on the nitrous to aide in relaxation for preparation of a cleaning."
