My wait was very reasonable, deep cleaning, xrays and exam done in less than an hour. My hygienist, Faron, was AWESOME! Very quick working, careful, thorough and checked on how I was doing often. So gentle she got the deep cleaning done without having to use shots, only numbing gel. Excited to come back soon!"

"The staff were friendly, every single one of them that interacted with me and my husband. Dentist Pedro explained my X-rays to me as well (my previous dentist didn't). I liked that they took the time to educate me and inform me of my treatment options. The cleaning didn't hurt. The staff was very accommodating. "First I want to start with I am a huge ball of anxiety when it comes to dental work in general, like blood pressure is high, pulse high, will avoid at all costs! I was referred to Pure Oral surgery by Mint dentistry, for a tooth extraction x 2. One that had been recently bothering me and one that has been a source of anxiety for the last 5 years. I have had two other dentists attempt to remove that bothersome tooth and both unable to get it numb, due to a chronic infection and I’m sure the level of anxiety surrounding it. Today I arrived and was greeted by their receptionist who was friendly and pleasant, wait to be seen was minimal and started with the usual X-rays and an MRI so they could see what they were working with. Met with Dr.Carmichael who was amazing, made me feel informed about my choices for the two teeth that were bothering me as well as gave me options for having implants on down the line, he used science and evidence based practice to explain in a way I understood. Once back in the surgery seat it was all pretty simple. Last thing I remember is closing my eyes and taking a deep breath. Once finished I was wheeled out to my family and car, loaded with post op instructions and a bag of helpful supplies. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing extensive work done or just an anxiety ball that needs to be sedated to have the work done. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Will be returning when I am healed and ready for the next steps of my treatment plan."

I have a huge anxiety of needles and just dental procedures in general. They took such great care of me. I didn’t feel a thing! Dr Jackson and MA Brandi were both amazing. Dr.Jackson knows what he’s doing and he’s good at it!!! So thankful. Hygienist UG was also great and supper friendly."

I know most people hate the dentist and are even scared of going to the dentist, but me personally I’ve never really cared one way or the other… however, if I WERE one of those people that hated coming to the dentist or were afraid to come, then I can definitely say that Mint Denistry at UPTOWN in Dallas would absolutely be where I would want to go. The entire staff - everyone from the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to the doctors themselves - they were all so lovely and kindhearted and welcoming, any fears you might have would simply melt away the moment you encounter all of these wonderful lovely ladies. Each of them treated me with grace and respect, and made me feel welcome, while also making me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. No matter who I spoke with, they all were able to answer every single one of my questions and keep me informed. The entire process ran smoothly and I was actually happy to be there. I would recommend MINT at UPTOWN to anybody and everybody. I will be going back in a week for a whitening and in another 6 months for another cleaning. "I needed a new dentist and kept hearing the radio commercial about Mint Dentistry, so I decided to try. My k9 broke 😔 I just knew it was going to cost a fortunate. In the past, dentist office staff would said how great my dental insurance was right before they'd hand me a bill for $700+ for only crown work (twice)! So I expected the same this time with Mint. Dentist told me I need a root canal and crown. I was shocked when I saw a bill 60% LESS than previous dental practice. Plus, Mint is doing root canal work too. Their prices show they stand for Patient Dental Health First! They also offer a payment plan 😁, I've ALWAYS had to pay what insurance didn't that day. Mint Dentistry has a less than 24 hr cancelation fee of $50, my old dentist charged $125. I'll update after my procedure. 🤞🏼 Thankful! I waited for roughly 5 mins before images were taken by another young lady (so sorry I forgot to get her name) that was also very detailed in making sure the images would turn out perfect. "Called around on the morning of Aug 3d because one of the teeth on my lower right side had decided to start to hurt...it also happens to be the abutment tooth that my bridge sits on. I looked for in-netwoork dentists on my insurance's website. One practice didn't have an appointment until the middle of Aug and then I would have had to wait for an appointment with the surgeon to extract the tooth in Sep. After some more calls, the Brentwood MINT location was able to get me in the next morning. I provided the requested information during the call, then followed the link in the welcome email and completed the forms electronically that you usually fill out at your first visit. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. I can very much recommend MiNT Dentistry in Brentwood Update 06/17/24: MiNT texted reminder on 06/14 that I was overdue for cleaning. Got appointment for 06/15; staff was courteous and professional as always and my teeth got a horoughly cleaning."

"I've notice alot of fancy high end dentist offices popping up and that's fine and dandy but I'm not too interested in all the foo foo when it comes to my time . First I got like a million notices to confirm on my phone the reminders are excessive . Second it's 3 of us getting basic cleaning and xrays we get there 946 for a 10am appointment they called us at 1030 so in the beginning the process was smooth though they was 30 mins behind and seem over booked. Everyone was cool once the xrays was done they put the cloth on to clean but all of sudden this receptionist come to me with the treat ment plans for me and my kids. I thought that was just out of order to let me know that part while I'm about to start the clean laying back in the chair. However she leaves me back there they take the cloth off and act as if they wasn't going to clean my teeth she even said they are behind and ask if I want to come back THAT'S A NO( I took off work for this I'm not coming back ( I'm not sure if they was trying to get me to commit to the the treat ment plans but I told them from the gate I'm just here for cleaning and xrays and I will review all of it once I'm home and budget what I can do I said that like 4 times. Well I waited nearly an hour no one came back to clean my teeth I got up and demanded someone to come do the job well I had to wait another 30 mins. "My FIRST unmedicated dental appointment (due to pregnancy) was a really amazing experience. Paperwork was not the best at first so I was skeptical but the care was the best I have received. Dr. Bryant was super super super understanding of my extremely high dental anxiety. I have issues with things touching my gums and the pure sound of any of the equipment. They help me drown all that out. Dr. Bryant even did my cleaning to ensure I was in and out as soon as humanly possible. The assistant Haretta just kept her self close and polished my teeth in record time. They offer Netflix and Pandora for TV but I had my headphones in. The chapstick is a great addition cause my lips be tore up after most appointments. This was also the first time I was not UPSOLD or oversold procedures that I didn’t need. I have never been to a dentist and they said you are good to go with just the cleaning. Ashley at checkout had all my stuff ready for me to GRAB AND GO so I didn’t have to wait and listen to the drills or water suction."

"I had a tooth emergency yesterday and MINT Dentistry, Decatur location, came to my rescue. I called about 10am and was given a 12:30 appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. I showed up in excruciating pain (3 days worth), with a hole in my tooth begging for a root canal. I anticipated being given a consultation and plan of care before being sent home with a follow-up appointment. Dr. Perlow went above and beyond and along with her assistant, Lanai, was able to do the procedure during the visit! This was my 1st encounter with MINT Dentistry and it will not be my last. "I can genuinely say that today has been the absolute BEST experience I’ve had at a dentist during my adult life. I was amazed how wonderful the staff is, as well as the doctor! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the front receptionist/office manager with her friendliness and kindness as well, also, when she checked me out and went over my treatment plan. When I got called to the back, my assistant, I didn’t get her name, was super friendly, took my X-rays really fast and knew exactly what to do when she took my impression trays for my teeth whitening trays. The office manager informed me that the doctor had time to start my treatment and as comfortable as I was, I did my treatment right then and there. I’ve had a traumatic experience with dentists as a child and even adult but I couldn’t have been more thankful for the doctor and his gentle hand and was fast paced. When I got my cleaning, the hygienist Jackie was so nice and gentle as well; when she told me that I was a candidate for just a regular prophy cleaning (I’ve had a deep cleaning before and it was HORRIBLE), I was so relieved and relaxed. I am happy to say the dentist and her staff did a wonderful job by really really closing and fixing my problem area by responding with cleaning the area with retreatment. I am so thankful for the staff from the front office desk to the hygienist to the dentist at the college park location for their experience and wonderful customer service. Picked up their prescription painkillers at CVS and to my surprise, No pain after that, I mean zero pain at all? I was waiting for the brutal pain to hit, and nothing. "First of all their discount plan is amazing for people who don’t have dental insurance. They recently did a root canal for me at $1100. But more impressive than the affordable care for those without insurance is the warmth and approachability of everyone in the office from the people at the front desk all the way up to the dentists. But I was most desirous of leaving a review because of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth today at the Pearland office. Her name is Carin. She didn’t make me feel “judged” for not having had my teeth cleaned in over a year. She did such a good and thorough job and my teeth look awesome now. She was very quick to notice the slightest discomfort I had when a couple of my more sensitive teeth made me react just slightly. She took care to numb my gums with a gel so she could complete the cleaning of those teeth with a manual instrument rather than the motorized tool which caused discomfort to a few of my teeth. She is obviously not there just for a paycheck, but truly enjoys taking great care of her patients and explaining everything she is doing. I’m a guy who easily gets nervous and jumpy about lots of things, but Carin had me at ease from start to finish. I hope the management and dentists over her know what a valuable part of the team she is. I’m sure they do. I’ll be returning to the Pearland office for regular cleanings and any dental problems I might have, well into the future."

When I started the process I was in constant facial and tooth pain from grinding my teeth. After getting the night guard, my face and tooth pain were 80% better the next day. I needed to have the guard slightly adjusted to achieve total comfort and was able to get that done the day I called. "MINT Dentistry in the Heights demonstrated EXCELLENCE! My college daughter had wisdom teeth pulled in San Antonio, but was in Houston and in great pain. Even though she wasn't a regular patient, the office manager Patricia was so wonderful! They quickly got her a same day appointment, x-rays, the team provide excellent care, finding three infected areas and provided medicine. PLUS, Patricia promptly scheduled a follow-up teeth cleaning, where again, the team was very nice and did great work. Talk about spectacular customer service! Dr. Deandrea Bell-Nagle is always personable and professional and provides helpful advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene. She and her staff have helped me maintain my ideal smile with Invisalign retainers and regular check-ups. Today was my most recent visit, where Dr. Bell-Nagle was accompanied by Gervaisson for a check-up and cleaning. "Great service on the east side is unheard of, but they have it here. Everybody was extremely polite. Nice, they offer you water and snacks. I got taken back fairly quickly. Got my x-rays, trays for teeth whitening made and got to watch Netflix in a massage chair. I didn’t get to watch for long because by the time I knew it the doctor was in. She did my exam and teeth cleaning and I was done. All around great service. I’m really happy I chose mint."
