MINT Dentistry's Sabrina Harrison Volunteers at the Dallas Soupmobile

Let's Get Started

Speaker 1: Seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.

David: The soup mobile is here in south Dallas, today. We're feeding the homeless. 600 hot, hearty and healthy meals.

Sabrina H: It has been such an honor to meet David and to see his ministry live in action. And the effects of what he's doing is just trickling through this entire community.

David: We go under bridges, behind dumpsters. We find the homeless people wherever they are, we go find them, and we feed them.

Sabrina H: Bless you. Bless you. Bless you.

Scarlett C: I'm actually from this neighborhood, so just to give back, it means a lot to me, just being able to help. You get to see the smiles on people's faces. We actually serve warm food.

Sabrina H: It is so beautiful to be able to feed the homeless but it was so much more than that. We were able to impact them in ways that-

Sabrina H: How's your day going?

Sabrina H: For me, I know I will never, ever be the same after today.

Sabrina H: Thank you Lord for this day and for every single soul that's right here present. God, I pray that you breathe your spirit into them and that you give them everything that I need. I thank you, Lord, for the blessings of this food, of this meal. God, I pray that it be nourishment to our bodies.

Sabrina H: You know every one of our needs, lord. I pray that today as we eat and as we leave, that we never, ever be the same.

David: Homeless people are used to being shunned, ignored, pushed aside. Getting food every day is a huge task for them.

Sabrina H: Thank you.

David: The soup mobile, we are here to serve them just like Christ would do for us.

Harvor Davis: You have to think about the person that, at night they people under the bridge, on the concrete. You might go home to a warm bed but they on the concrete.

David: Dallas has a lot of small tent cities where the homeless are living. There has to be, there close to 100 tents and these are homeless men and women that are living in these tents.

Sabrina H: After seeing that for myself, my life has just changed and been touched in such a beautiful, personal way. I am so grateful that I was able to experience this because meeting all those people today, just really fed my soul.

Sabrina H: Bless you. Bless you.
