Fast and quick sign in. 8AM appointment and I didn't wait long at all while they set up. Sierra was very nice and sweet. Massage chairs, choice of Netflix or Pandora, free in home whitening with PPO dental insurance, and smiles everywhere! Let me start by saying that this office is amazing, from the front desk to the doctors. They stand up when you walk in, let me use a iPad and headphones while waiting. I was checked in by Jessica and she was the most sweetest person, made sure I was comfortable for my visit!Dr.Tan is amazing!!! She came in and did my exam and was very good at explaining what I was needing. This same day I was able to take home whitening for my teeth!!! Ask for them if you go to visit for the best experience!!!! Highly recommended!
This place is great. Everyone was very nice, explained everything, and was very helpful. They had complimentary custom at home teeth whitening, which I was shocked to find out. The dental chairs were heated massage chairs, which was another pleasant surprise. The only thing was lateness. I wasn’t brought back until a half hour after my appointment started. I was also unaware that new patient cleanings were 90 minutes, however mine ended up being 2 hours because I had to wait for a dental hygienist to become available. However, she was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind, so all in all I’m very happy with this office and will be making this my regular practice.
This review is written from the perspective of someone who only had X-rays and cleaning because my teeth are perfect, I am perfect. I am the chosen one.I made my appointment online at midnight at a time when u should be texting your ex. I was sceptical of a same day appointment, but I got there at 8 and the front desk was very professional and friendly. No one rolled their eyes at me like I was a scrub tryna get some love. The check in was easy they didn't ask me much. I had to fill out a form on an iPad. And I waited about 20 minutes to be taken to the back. No issues with the wait time. Wait times are normal at ANY office. The office was clean and very nice and modern.First of all the method of adult distraction was extraordinary. They played the first 48hours on a big tv but it was the early 2000's episodes with the nokia snake phones and sidekicks. I felt calm as I tried to figure out who murdered Paula -mother of three and left her body in the woods. My mind drifted off and I didn't think about how a stranger was about to dig in my mouth with a sharp hook.The X-ray technician was so nice and helpful. The dentist didn't try to take my money when I asked about whitening. The doctor told me my teeth weren't that yellow because I'm perfect and he said the in office whitening might damage my enamel and offered me complimentary at home whitening. The young lady who did my X-rays made a mold of my teeth for the home whitening and then the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth and told me I was naughty for not visiting the dentist in over four years. But I am perfect and I was distracted by the confession of Paula's killer. The hygenist scheduled me for my next cleaning 6 months out. She gave me an amazing gift bag and it had my teeth whitening kit in it. When I got home I received an email with a PDF for how to whiten my teeth. I am very impressed with the entire experience.Restroom was cleanFront desk was friendly no one had nail salon cluster eyelashes for 35 dollars with the thick black glue- these women were classy and dressed nice. They took pride In their appearance and dressed to match the vibe.First 48 on the tv was everything I never knew I needed.Appointment was the same day made online through Google maps. This examination will take place in one of our well-appointed procedure rooms where you will feel extremely comfortable as you relax in our massaging treatment chairs. While wearing a pair of our stylish MINT dentistry sunglasses, a board-certified doctor will gently and diligently examine your teeth and gums to make sure at-home teeth whitening is a healthy and effective solution for you. Following your exam and/or dental cleaning, a team member will discuss which treatment is recommended.
