"I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and learned about oral appliances to treat it.After doing some research, I decided to see doctor Vogel.Doctor Vogel is very knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain to me everything that I needed to know about sleep apnea and oral appliances. The same day I met him, I decided to start the process of getting my oral appliance.During that first appointment I was highly impressed with doctor Vogel and his staff. So I decided to leave my previous dentist and become one of doctor Vogel’s patients.Every time I’ve had an interaction with Knox Dental, it’s been a positive experience and I’m highly satisfied with their services. Everybody there is highly qualified and treats you like royalty.Last time I was at the clinic, was to get a dental cleaning. Oh my goodness, what a remarkable experience!Leo took care of me and once he was done with the cleaning, he gave me a myofascial massage.I suffer from TMJ pain and the massage Leo gave me was a heavenly experience! It was very therapeutic and relaxing.I can honestly tell you that once Leo was done, I felt as if I’d spent the entire day at a spa. Leo provided me with a holistic experience.I highly recommend Knox Dental. Doctor Vogel is the very best! Make sure to get your dental cleaning done by Leo, and ask for a myofascial massage."
"I will admit I was scared initially because #1, I don’t like the dentist, and #2 I’m always a little cynical when it comes to a place with easy scheduling; but this place was amazing! And moreso because of the lovely staff. I came in with Priscilla greeting me with a smile and helping me get everything done quickly. Tai then welcoming and made x-rays which are usually painful and annoying fun and sweet. She was awesome to talk to. Dr. Dan quickly assessed me with care and was kind rather than accusatory when it came to my grinding and low night guard use. Lastly, Carrie was an awesome hygienist. Tbh to me the hygienist is the scariest part because well they’re gonna tell me how much I am not taking care of my hygiene, but she was so sweet about it and made it not so painful. Honestly, best experience at the dentist by far; twas a great team. Sorry if I butchered any name spelling 🙈"
"Whole team was amazing. I’m glad that I got A+ grading on how well I take care of my teeth. I always get good compliments. I came in for a cleaning. I was in and out within two hours and my teeth feel amazing. I highly recommend anyone to come here to get their teeth cleaned or any other services that you need for your mouth they do amazing work. I can’t wait until I come back. I just needed a little bit of work done. Before I can get my whitening done. One filling and that’s it! I think I’m doing pretty good for a grown woman that barely eats anything other than the healthy stuff I stay away from the sweet sticky candies! Although I had no intentions on financing to cover the service after my cleaning. I didn’t know they were going to do a credit check for the payment plan. So if you are offered payment options know they will be doing a credit check. I also ordered 4 night guards for way less than what they were trying to charge me. $400 is crazy even with the discount."
"Had a really good experience here. I was able to get cleaning, fillings, and a night guard done all in one visit, which was super convenient.The staff were friendly and gentle, explained everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. I feel smooth and comfortable here. Would definitely recommend!!!"
"The staff at the Galveston office have renewed my faith in dentists. They listen!!! I needed two crowns and a night bite guard for my grinding. When I started the process I was in constant facial and tooth pain from grinding my teeth. After getting the night guard, my face and tooth pain were 80% better the next day. I needed to have the guard slightly adjusted to achieve total comfort and was able to get that done the day I called. I don't live in Galveston-just visiting, but I'm going to schedule my dental work for when I'm in the area and make them my go-to dental office."
"I have been going to Mint Dentistry for a year and this time was my first time visiting the Smyrna Location. I want to let everyone know that this is my new home, and I am fully locked in. I am new on my dental journey because growing up this was not an option. So naturally I am very nervous when I visit the dentist. My dental assistant Aaron was very friendly and funny and put my mind at ease. I did berate him with a lot of questions due to my science background and he answered them all very thoroughly. Dr.Barton was the best because he went into great detail about my oral health. He notified me that I grind my teeth and should wear a night guard, which was something nobody ever told me. He did not make his job solely on completing the fillings he was very adamant about informing me of ways to preserve my fillings as well. I also enjoyed that Dr.Barton was very gentle and his main focus was on my comfort. Honestly, he and Aaron made a perfect team. They are hilarious with their small talk and I don't even think that was intentional. I was constantly finding ways to chuckle. Thank you Mint Dentistry!!!!!"

"TL;DR: I'm no longer anxious to go to the dentist. I've been pretty skeptical of dentists my whole life....until I went to Mint. And I'm not just saying that because I'm writing a review and that's what 5 star reviews say. The staff at Mint is kind, patient, and present. They are there with you on a human to human basis, not an expert to non-expert basis. Dr. Latour fit me for a night guard since I was clenching and grinding my teeth - and since then, I haven't had headaches right away when I wake up! Dr. Latour took the time to explain to me how it would help, what the process is, and even what muscles it targets. Like seriously?"
