"We had an emergency trooper visit. It’s a holiday weekend and we had a very bad toothache going on and no dentist offices were open that we called and we got a hold of MINT and they were gracious enough to have us come in even though they we were not One of their patients and mom got there and found out they don’t take the insurance that we have which had expired and we didn’t have the new card of whoever the Cherokee County sheriffs department had issued out, but they saw us anyways and found out he had an abscess tooth. They wrote us a prescription for that and we’re gonna go back on Monday. They could’ve turned us away for many reasons here. But they didn’t they were very gracious enough to see us and take care of us as much as they could.We are VERY GRATEFUL to them for accommodating us !!!!The front desk employees were so friendly and helpful. We Could not ask for better service especially to someone that is not already a patient at this facility!!!! Amazing is all I can say just amazing. We were thrilled that they took us in. "Wow!!! I can honestly be pretty skeptical when it comes to dental offices because I’ve had experiences where I left feeling like I was being sold a long list of expensive treatments. MINT Dentistry was the complete opposite.From the second we arrived, I noticed how much they focus on making patients feel comfortable. There were plenty of reserved parking spots for MINT patients, and after my husband and I stopped for coffee beforehand, we were pleasantly surprised to find toothbrushes and toothpaste in the restroom so patients can freshen up before their appointment. It’s a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the thought they put into every part of the experience.A huge thank you to Kristin, the Practice Manager. She was incredible. She made navigating insurance and payment options so much easier than I expected and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never once felt pressured or like I was being talked into something I didn’t need. Instead, I felt like she genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision for my dental health.Dr. Kheri was equally impressive. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to show me exactly what he was seeing instead of expecting me to just take his word for it. I walked away understanding my teeth better than I ever have after a dental appointment.The entire office feels different. She thoroughly explained my treatment plan, walked me through my insurance benefits, reviewed multiple payment options, and helped create a care plan that made sense for me. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how much time she took to answer all of my questions.Dr. Kheri was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient-focused, and had an excellent chairside manner. He took the time to show me detailed images of my teeth on the TV in the treatment room and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident in my treatment.The entire team made the experience comfortable from start to finish. "My sister recommended them so I took my college kid and she LOVED it….and then my first grader….and then myself. They offered teeth whitening trays and gel for free with our insurance, which my teen loved. They recommended me to a top notch pediatrics dentist to take care of some specialized procedures for my first grader. After that I will continue to bring her here for maintenance. I scheduled myself for a cleaning after not seeing a dentist for 5 years. I had a super great deep cleaning procedure and got whitening trays.As a parent the whole process was calm and they were very thorough in contacting me immediately for insurance issues or scheduling conflicts (all needed correction on my end - not theirs). The dentist was thorough and very approachable. I did not walk away with any surprise costs. Every time they are nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable. They are our family dentist from now on."

Genesis went above and beyond to make me comfortable and understood everything that was going on. She fully heard me out when I told her about my prior experiences, and how long it's been since I've been to a dentist (13 years!) Dr. Assad had masterful handiwork where I never felt uncomfortable once and was so professional. Daniel did my deep cleaning and went above and beyond, he was careful and thorough. Whitney was a delight, she talked to me about finances and put me to ease, and made sure everything was fully understood and went over different options for whatever I was comfortable with.Thank you guys so much! "On 7/3/26 Dr Z and Crystal did a good job today. That stubborn wisdom tooth gave them trouble but they got it out. Pain you say not during the whole things. Just about an hour after is where the real fun began. But again I wanted to say thank you to the two of them for making this 51 year young women at ease and comfortable and out of pain. Isai made my daughter feel so relaxed and so welcome. "THIS DUDE (Dr.) is the TRUTH!!! I have had 2 extractions last year - Stockbridge Emergency and Edgewood Dental so I have the same procedure to compare...In Stockbridge (check my reviews), I felt the process was more of a butchered, rush job. Edgewood was efficient w/scheduling, billing and prescriptions, the procedure went well. But MINT is the total package!!! I just had the procedure at 8am, and it was an abcess involved which needs more deep cleaning and sutures. Its now 8:45pm and I knew it went well because of minimal bleeding afterward, and I have only taken one pain pill since the novocaine has completely warn off. In comparison to the other 2 centers the pain lasted well into the next day for just an extraction. MINT check-in/out was easy, billing methods/payments costs all made known up front, great Receptionists and when they schedule you at 8am, get there at 7:45. I was out by 8:35, the Dentist is calm spirited, and shout out to Sara who was also a great Assistant."

"My first time at MINT Dentistry West Oaks and it was a great experience! I've been super nervous to go to a dentist since I was a teen. I let them know and there was no judgement, only care. Dr. Bali took time to make me feel comfortable and empowered to speak up for myself if I felt uncomfortable. Mekole was a delight and made me feel really safe and relax. Yuliet made sure to check on me so that I didn't feel left behind when waiting. And Cho is an amazing hygenist! She was meticulous in making sure my teeth were healthy and tartar-free. I have sensitive gums and she helped with that. Definitely recommend this spot and am looking forward to coming back to this dentist office again. Not something I thought I would ever say in my life!"

"We switched to mint dentistry back in December 2025 and I love that we can bring all 4 of our kids saw day as everyone know that's hard to have to make multiple appts different days when you have multiple kids. We are back today June 5 2026 and though im a bit frustrated that's it's been a bit slow getting my kids taken care of today, I can say when I voiced my concern that we didn't want to be here long (hours) , a staff member CAROYLYN did what she could to help to try and move things along faster. Simple gestures or just knowing somebody is hearing the patients/parents matters.
