"My first time trying MINT and I must say I hate I waited so long to try them. The office was nice and clean the staff were friendly and very informative. My Hygienist was amazing she took her time, and ensured my comfort level was at ease. My cleaning was a breeze and I enjoyed it all while listening to my favorite R&B music. I will continue my service here at the Pearland location. It was the best dental appointment I have ever been to. Great job MINT!"

"Mint is incredible! From the moment you walk in, you are warmly welcomed. They offered us water and lead us through the check in process. My 6yo and I had appointments one after the other. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and encouraging to him. They put on a movie for him while they did his dental work. He has sensory processing issues and were very flexible to find ways to help him through the process. The chairs also give a massage so that helped him feel comfortable. I was also satisfied by the overall experience. The only reason I took off one star was for the timing of our appointments. I have a feeling it was just a busy evening for the office, but we were there from 245-6 pm. And all we had done were xrays, pictures, deep cleaning and I got my permanent retainers out... which took maybe 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning! I’m super thankful for Jasmine, Alana and Olivia who all helped us as well as the lovely ladies at the front desk. The doctor was very good at explaining everything in detail and reassuring us that all will be well. Overall an incredible experience! Also, my husband had two fillings when they went with our daughter and he said it was the most pleasant filling experience he had ever had."

"I was very nervous about going to the dentist because I haven’t been in years and have a few missing teeth. I was also concerned about price. My experience at MINT dentistry was the best experience I’ve ever had! The staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Suzette, dental hygienist, was extraordinary! I felt no pain at all. Dr. McFadden was exceptional as well. The price was very affordable and they work with my insurance. I’m actually looking forward to going to the dentist now."

"Recently went in for a cleaning and my experience was pleasant. Everyone was very courteous from the front desk staff, xray tech and the dental hygienist. There was a new dentist there who was courteousas as well but a little rushed. It's the hygienist who stands out from this visit. He took his time cleaning my teeth, even asked if I would like a little vaseline on my lips which was unexpected and greatly appreciated since the wearing of my mask rubbed off anything I placed on prior to my visit. He was Amazing! My daughter goes in a few days and I hope she gets the same team and experience."

"Today was my third visit to Mint Dentistry in McKinney. What an amazing staff they have here! My Hygienist today was Latrice? and she took such good care of me and my teeth. She was gentle and so thorough with my cleaning. Even if you you’re not lucky enough to get Latrice, the ladies here will take excellent care of you. The front office was very diligent with sanitizing in-between patients which was a relief to see especially during this COVID pandemic. It’s solid peace of mind knowing that the staff take our health and well being very seriously. Unlike my previous dentist, there are no hidden tacked on fees at the end of the visit. So when you go in for a cleaning, which is usually covered 2x a year by your dental insurance if you have it, you don’t have to pay for anything! I had to have a cavity filled my last visit and their billing department was excellent at explaining the costs and what my expectations should be. I especially appreciate that they give you FREE teeth whitening if you have PPO insurance. And if you run out of bleach, you can drop in for more, at any time for ABSOLUTELY free. Kudos to Dr. Khan and her amazing staff for always providing me with such exceptional care. See you all in 6 months!"

"From the time I walked in the door, the customer service was everything. They offered me water, snack etc, the iPad to do the patient info was on point. Ms. Suz was the bomb diggity! I'm used to being numb during cleanings, not at Mint, it didn't hurt at ALL! I like this place. They handle you with gentle care. Explain what you going to need in phases, and cost was broken down so that you can afford it. I’m not a fan of dentist, but I like this one."

Dr Hunt had a nice bedside manner, and upon reviewing X-rays and asking questions, assured me that my gums and teeth were in good condition and general cleaning would be all that was needed. Good news to my ears! Not a long wait to be seen. State of the art X-rays as well as explanation of what X-ray revealed. The Hygienist was gentle when cleaning my teeth and did a great job. "I am a person who sincerely hates the dentist office. Today was the start of a new found friendship. These were the most friendly people at a Dr.s office i have ever come across. They were attentive. They explained everything down to the smallest detail. Dr. Jackson cared enough to refer me to a oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth due to my sleep apnea. And the payment coordinator was very helpful and lays out each detail from insurance and so on. My wisdom teeth will finally be removed and my dental health starts improving after my cleaning tomorrow morning. I will never step foot in the horror house known as Castle Dental ever again!!!!"

Everything is sanitized, and the Netflix option you have to help pass time is a guilty pleasure at a dentist’s office I didn’t realize I needed! Dr. Lopez is amazing, and always is very informative and excellent at cleaning! Whether it be him or one or the other ladies who cleans your teeth, they are so gentle and I never have had pain! This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is not familiar with dentistry or hasn’t gone in a while as they are so easy to work with!"

The whole staff from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The office is very clean and although I'm not in dentistry, it seems to have high quality equipment for their staff. I'll definitely be coming back for my next cleaning! Edit: For those wondering, they also wear masks, ask screening questions, and take your temperature."
"Wow. Just amazing!! I had to get an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth because it was cracked. Literally the most painful experience since child labor, so I NEEDED it to come out ASAP. I was able to schedule my appointment at the Woodlands location. I was warmly welcomed when I checked in from the amazing receptionists. My xrays went smoothly, I was able to watch Sister Sister on Netflix lol, and I can’t even begin with how amazing Dr. Hernandez was! I didn’t feel a thing, not even the numbing shots. 10/10 experience!"

The front desk staff make the insurance process a breeze haley and Shelby answer all questions. Almost forgot my goodie bag and Lindsay was on top of it! She ran to the back and made sure I left with everything. Highly recommend."

Victoria was my hygienist and did a perfect cleaning and also has a humble heart. The only thing that caught me off was once the doctor came in, he didn’t introduce himself to me so I had to ask his name. He wasn’t as welcoming towards me but he wasn’t rude. I just felt a lack of concern for the reason I came in. He Didn’t really ask any questions about my concerns I stated the entire visit, (that Victoria and Amanda acknowledged and attended to!). I had to bring all of my concerns to his attention. It didn’t make me feel like he really cared that much to address them as a doctor should. But my overall experience was pretty much enjoyable I just hope I can get a friendlier doctor next time."

"I was concerned about getting a professional dentist and I did not get only that. I got a whole staff that knew what it was doing! They made sure I had coverage before scheduling my appointment. When I got there, I was greeted and Vlora was amazing with xrays and handling my cleaning and whitening; very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Lufburrow did an excellent job and made sure I felt confident that I was being well taken care of, along with the dental assistant who did an excellent job. "I have never encountered a Dentist office such as this. Their customer service was on point from scheduling my appointment to the end of the visit. Each staff member played their role in making sure I was comfortable. The staff at this location was courteous, kind, and cheerful. The dental hygienist brianna was very thorough in taking my pictures, that's usually the part I hate the most, but it was pain free. The dentist discussed my mouth health and made recommendations based on the data presented to him. He had a great beside manner and I felt very comfortable. I had no idea they offered take home free teeth whitening. The kit is a customized mold made just for you, it was ready before I left. They also have a chair that vibrates, netflix, and Pandora to relax you during the cleaning/services provided. My insurance covered everything, and I left with a swag bag full of goodies for my teeth and gums. I will definitely be referring my family, friends, and anyone who will listen to me to this location. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks Mint Dentistry, my mouth feels extra fresh today."

No pressuring or upselling to get work done. They did my xrays, custom fit whitening trays, check up and cleaning and all very professional. Emily did my cleaning and she was personable and funny. "I've had my teeth cleaned by Kouqzou twice now- once a deep clean and the other a regular cleaning. Both times I felt comfortable and relaxed, and she gave good recommendations for maintaining. I drink ALOT of coffee and there was significant staining, but she was matter of fact, got it all and didn't make me feel self-conscious about the stains, which I really appreciated. Both times I just popped in headphones and listened to an audiobook, and I barely noticed what was happening. Great dental experiences. "Believe the hype, this place is pretty great. I HATE going to the dentist and so does my 7 year old daughter who had a terrible experience at another place and was horrified when I told her she had to go to the dentist. I took her last Friday 9/6 and everybody was so nice and patient with us. I went back for my appointment today 9/12 and had another great experience. I did have cavities that needed to be filled which they were able to do today which is good because I’m not sure I would have willingly gone back for that! The assistant I had, Marlene, and the hygienist, Frank, were so sweet and very thorough with letting me know what was happening, how things should feel, etc and made me feel much better about everything. I was cold when I first got in the chair and Marlene had them bring me a blanket which was not a cheap hospital blanket like I expected but a really soft Sherpa like blanket which actually helped a lot. And multiple people recognized me from last week when I brought my daughter in and said they were happy to see me back, even Frank who didn’t do my daughters cleaning but just recognized me. Every person that I interacted with seemed to genuinely care if I was comfortable so even without all the small perks like the headphones and Netflix, it’s their attitude that will have me coming back. Also, after paying my deductible, they had me sign up for this $5 a month plan to pay off the rest of the bill. I just came here to say that I normally don’t trust the hype for most companies but after reading some reviews I decided I would take a shot at it and I’m so glad I did."

"A dentistry like no other! Had the best experience and the staff was courteous and helped me through my teeth cleaning experience. The office was up to date with technology, the ambiance was calm with nice tunes in the background, and most importantly it was clean. Each room has a tv where you can watch your fave Netflix shows or listen to music. They also had some nice giveaways. I was greeted by Daisy the front desk, she was very sweet made checking in efficient. Dr. Koshy, Ashley(assistant) and Ashley(who cleansed my teeth) were very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They made sure that they answered all of my questions all while making sure my anxiety levels were down The office manager Ché was amazing! He did what I believed to be a thorough exam. The hygienist gave me an amazing cleaning and also explained herself every step of the way. I let my hygienist, Margaret, know and she offered to hand scrape instead of using the loud, whirring tools. She also walked me through each thing she was doing to help keep my mind at ease. It was actually, dare I say, fun? The whole office is super sleek and snazzy looking, and they even let you watch Netflix during your cleanings! "I had a great experience at Mint, plan to return and would recommend to others. The online process of making an appointment was simple and you could fill out and sign some paperwork before coming in. All of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being called back. I was surprised I was the only patient that I could see on a Monday afternoon however it sounded like a few others arrived minutes later. Xrays and photos were simple. While waiting you can choose between Netflix and pandora. I chose to watch Friends- always a classic! The chair also is massaging, however I chose not to use that. I had one filling that needed to be removed and replaced which I was able to do right then. The front desk assistant brought the paperwork and cost for the whole appointment. With my insurance it was only $68 and I felt comfortable paying that. The procedure for the filling was very quick one the numbing was done. I began to feel lightheaded after being numbed and luckily one of the staff was nearby and was extremely helpful in providing water and talking with me which made me feel better. Once that was done the hygienist came in for the cleaning which was quick and easy as well. I received a small bag of items including a toothbrush, 2 travel size toothpastes, a huge Mint whitening toothpaste, floss and some lipstick. Overall I was happy with my visit. It was no more than 2 hours long for everything. The next day I received a call making sure everything was still good. I plan to come back next time for my routine cleaning."

I was also offered a tablet to watch Netflix on while I waited. I was not able to use the tablet because of the prompt service I was provided. "This was the very best dental visit I have ever experienced! Beautiful place, friendliest staff, and most thorough exam. I go to the dentist every 6 months and this is the first dentist that noticed a cavity in a hard to see wisdom tooth, that she mentioned had to be there at least 3 years. How did that get missed for so long? The dentist went above and beyond by explaining the rationale on common things they recommend, to more complex. It’s great to be a participant in your own care. They have the most up to date equipment too. I usually dread Xrays in my mouth due to the overgrowth of bone tissue I have (Torri?) and how it causes discomfort but their digital Xrays prevent that. Also, the perks to this place are impressive. Netflix or Hulu on iPads during your wait and during cleaning, to the massage chair, and free bleach trays. They also give you refill bleach syringes every visit. No one likes going to the dentist, and this was my first cavity but the visit wasn’t a negative experience due to their business model of making your experience not only comfortable but enjoyable. I’ll never go to a mom and pop dental place again, I’m sold on Mint."

BTW - this was my first visit (new patient) so I needed to fill out documents which most were electronic. The lounge was comfortable with plush chairs which I enjoyed while I waited. The wait was not long and I was greeted by my technician. Since I was a new patient I needed to get X-rays and they were digital. The exam room was equipped with a flat screen and a massage chair (I took advantage of both). Dr. Tum was my dentist and she was very professional and provided some good options for my dental needs. Albeit, I am really happy I changed dentistry’s. Now I’ll convince my wife to switch. Elizabeth was my hygienist The teeth whitening kit is a definite plus so don’t bypass that offer (it’s free depending on your insurance)."

The lobby experience is warm and chic lavish complete with iPads + Beats headphones with Hulu, Netflix and YouTube. When I went back for treatment with Jaida and Elizabeth, the movie even transferred to the flat screen. The whole process took only an hour because they worked as a team on the cleaning and X-rays. It had been five years since I had gotten any work done because of my fear and I was in a lot of pain and obviously very unhappy with my teeth. That resonated so deep with me since my teeth were my biggest insecurity and also my biggest fear to get them fixed. We got new insurance and my teeth hurt so I took a chance. As soon as i walked in I was greeted with such kindness and hospitality. That helped with the fear from the start. As I found out that all of my problems could be fixed and how optimistic they were, i was SO EXCITED. They worked with my insurance, my payments, EVERYTHING other dentists would never do for me. I made an appointment and finally got my teeth cleaned, got a couple of fillings and now I have an appointment for the major work next week. "I am writing this review to receive a free syringe. I set my appointment on Monday and was in the office by Tuesday afternoon! I maybe stayed in the waiting room for 3-4 minutes max, and was able to hand fill out and sign all of the new patient forms. They were super friendly and got me right in. I was in there to get teeth whitening molds. Not only is this the only place i could find that covers teeth whitening treys through insurance, my treys were done IN OFFICE. I didn't have to leave and come back. They handed me the treys in a little gift bag and that was it! My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the office or the experience, is that the syringe they gave me was not enough to last 2-3 weeks like they said it was. it was about half way full and only lasted 5 days. ALSO my teeth are not even one shade brighter. AND I was sure to follow their instructions to a T. But the experience was great!"

Then I had to get a crown, didn't hurt much but was very comfortable. But yet there is always someone with an misunderstanding or not very nourishing to your needs. Just understand if it wasn't for insurance, or the owner having a vision of Mint or great people in the city of H-town people like you all wouldn't have a job. "I don’t typically write reviews. But I will today.From check in to check out, Mint Addison was flawless! Almost a month ago I went to Mint for the first time, after not having been to the dentist in over a year. The last time I went to a dentist I was lied about cavities I had and Mint fixed that.My cleaning showed some cavities that were in desperate need of repair, a couple crowns, and two potential root canals. I was FREAKING out, I have never wanted a root canal and would’ve done anything to get out. My original doctor explained to me the process and assured me that Mint would do what they could to fix my tooth without a root canal, and they did. This same doctor gave me a prescription for the right toothpaste so I could build my enamel (I had never known what toothpaste to use).I came in two weeks later to repair a potential root canal, and my second doctor said he wouldn’t do a root canal unless he was 100% positive it needed to be done. I was a little sick and anxious, him and his assistant allowed me to take breaks, were highly patient, and talked me through the whole process. OH, and he did so without a root canal. I never thought this would happen because I believed dentists were just after my money. NOT at Mint!Two days later I went in for a tooth that unfortunately did need a root canal. My third doctor talked me through the process and allowed breaks if my anxiety took over. She could tell I was nervous and made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. I didn’t feel an ounce of pain, and if I was sensitive she gave me more local anesthesia so I wouldn’t even feel a cold sensation.Both my teeth needed crowns and were done beautifully, I am having pain and they’re helping me with that tomorrow. I have never loved going to the dentist, but I will go to Mint Addison anytime I need anything. My family is a Mint loving family, and they make it more than easy to want to come back!Thank you Mint Addison, and the three doctors and assistants I had for restoring my faith in dentists!"

I chose Pandora , music relaxes me. She was very patient with me and my moving around while she was doing my Xrays! "Wow, my first visit to Mint Dentistry was phenomenal. I was blown away as soon as I walked in the door by their super friendly staff and all the amenities this dentistry as to offer. I originally went to this dentist because I wanted to get an evaluation and recommendation for my teeth. I was contemplating on dental implants or a duraplast (flex) partial. I love the 360 x-rays and photo imaging x-ray that they have. After examining my teeth the dentist recommended the flex partial because I had no bone in some areas of my mouth. Therefore, the dental implants could not be an option for me, but I still could have a great smile with the flex partial. Looking forward to smiling with my new teeth soon. :)Roschawn D."

I’ve tried a different dentist and they were high they tried to charge me 780 dollars with insurance for deep cleaning. But when I came HERE it was 144 dollars & they gave me a discount which brung it down to 50 dollars for the whole deep cleaning treatment. Nice place, great customer service & staff. I would recommend this to everbody! At least they won’t beat you in the head charging ridiculous price like the other places. COME HERE!"
