"A previous location in midtown atlanta did not do my fill in my wisdom tooth correctly, there were holes found misinforming the patient of procedure being done. Days later I was in soooo much pain! I decided to change offices and instead go with a dentist at college park office. I am happy to say the dentist and her staff did a wonderful job by really really closing and fixing my problem area by responding with cleaning the area with retreatment. I am so thankful for the staff from the front office desk to the hygienist to the dentist at the college park location for their experience and wonderful customer service. Hands down best location in Georgia is the College Park office. Not to mention parking was easy and freeee!"

"My family’s experiences with dentists aren’t good but my first visit at Mint Dentistry -Arlington (Little Rd.) was the best so far! I had 2 wisdom teeth extractions and one turned into true surgery. The Dr and staff made sure I was comfortable and numb, and I felt nothing! In addition, there’s some very sexy people who work here! There were massage chairs in the exam room/surgical suite. I watched Netflix and was offered music on Pandora. I’ve found the dentist for me!!! and it’s 5 minutes from my home!!! This was hands down the most amazing experience at a dental clinic!! The prices are reasonable too. You won’t be disappointed."
"Being someone who gets bad anxiety going to dentist I have to say they are the best. I had to go in for tooth pain and needed wisdom tooth pulled. In the middle of the procedure the power to the entire area went out. Everyone was so nice and kepted me calm. Power came back and he was able to complete the extraction. But then right before he was to pack and stitch it went out again. 🤣🤣 He was able to finish with lights from flash light. BONUS I NEVER FELT ANY PAIN. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD . MINT DENTISTRY IN KATY 👍🏾✨️😊"

The vibes at the Midtown location was lit from the music to the tv on the ceiling. Ulandy was very nice and helpful. The front desk was very understanding because I was a little late due to parking issue. Parking was easy, I was just in a large vehicle that could not fit in the parking garage. "It was my first time at MINT dentistry and this location made my experience perfect. I want to start off with how amazing the atmosphere is when you walk in, real nice music, and comfortable seating, making the small wait very easy. The receptionists were very kind and made the process with the paperwork very easy and fast. The assistant, Deja, took care of my x-rays and teeth molds really well and comfortable, being really nice entirely throughout. Dr. Lopez made the evaluation very quick and understandable. He broke down exactly the knowledge I needed to know to understand what was to come with my wisdom teeth removal and what the procedure was going to look like. The desk then explained my payment plan and scheduling instructions very efficiently and understandable. I will definitely be coming here from here on out, it was wonderful experience for something most people dread to do."

Even with my anxiety at an all time high, Dr. Ryan Carmichael and his assistant were able to reassure me that I would be okay despite him being the 4th dentist for the same tooth! They were correct! I am grateful for his care, calmness and vast knowledge. I wish all dental work could be so simple. They gave me an IV and told me I would take a nap. I woke up in no pain. "I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist. Even though the most work that was done on my teeth was a tooth extraction at the age of 14, still terrified. My anxiety kicks in before I even get out of my car. I have to admit, I wanted to cancel my appointment on multiple occasions, but I'm glad I didn't. Everyone at the Addison location made it the absolute BEST experience I have had at the dentist, ever! Surely and Jake, at the front desk, were super friendly and welcomed me as I walked through the door. They helped me with my paperwork, because like I said I was going to cancel so I didn't even bother with doing it beforehand. Kasha, Dakota, and Daniel were so patient with me. I was so nervous and they talked me through everything and explained it before they did anything. During my cleaning, she talked to me to help put me at ease. She was very professional and had good bedside manner. We talked about vacations, foods, family, and friends. It really help to keep me at ease. Dr. Stringer was very nice and I was glad to hear that everything looked great! Before I left I made my next appointment for a 6 month cleaning. "Dr. Selkin is downright amazing. I went in to get a wisdom tooth out, and Dr explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff was so kind and understanding about my fears regarding sedation. I was basically without pain by about 24 hours after surgery which I've never heard of with wisdom teeth. So impressed! Super easy process all around and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I felt extremely well taken care of."
"Great dentist and staff love this office, i went in May to get a wisdom tooth extacted after going to another dentist and getting told I had to go to a specialist to have surgery done to remove it, i found mint denistry and got told i could get it extracted normally with no problem. i schedule an appoinment to get it extracted and they made me feel so calm and relaxed from the moment i walked in to my appoinment. the appoinment and extraction lasted no more than 20 minutes and i had my wisdom tooth removed so fast and quick with no pain what so ever with all the numbing medicine. i will definitley be back to get more work done. "Trying to give an objective review of this location. 1.)I chose this location instead of little York because it was either choose an acres homes dentist or the heights dentist. Yes I profiled my dentist! However the outside of the heights building looked bare and unwelcoming i almost thought they were still under construction and turned around so I give one star for appearance. 2.)I pay out of pocket and I have noticed the level of customer service not just here but for many dental offices for self pay people like me is NOT bad BUT not as accomidating as they could be. For example i prepaid thousands of dollars in cash for my operations but when I arrived the lady asked me for payment, she did not make an issue of it when I told her to check again. It can be embarrassing to be publicly asked do you have insurance? NO? OK 650 PLEASE!!!!! I'm like uhhhhh I been Paid that! I am willing to bet that I will be asked the samething for my next two prepaid operations but I say that is more of dentist culture than a characteristic of this office so I give a 3 for customer service. 3). I am a full time masters student with a part time internship and part time regular job. So for me not having insurance price is a HUGE deal. I believe that in every medical field prices should be displayed visibly for all patients! Therefore I will publicly post the cost of my 3 operations. For anyone paying out of pocket expect to pay about 3800 for 3 wisdom extractions, one root canal + crown and a deep cleaning plus 50 for nitrous oxide. All dentist are expensive idk why they are all so embarrassed to display pricing but I take enjoyment in displaying it for them. This location did have a price plan for certain procedures which is extremely helpful for people like me!! So while that price is outrageous I give 4 stars for being somewhat transparent! 4.) Finally and most importantly for me and probably most people the dentist that did the operation was superb!! I mean absolutely amazing! I have literally been two 3 dentist office over a 4 month span rescheduling over and over and over and over because I was afraid to get it done. This dentist understood how afraid I was of the pain and took great care of me. I actually did not want her to stop operating on me, it was actually a pleasing experience for me kinda like how lady's go to the nail shop! My major concern was the healing process and she prescribed me very good pain Killers and I have had no pain or discomfort since I left the office. IM currently on day 3 of healing from having 3 wisdom teeth extracted. I had a horrible experience with Jefferson dental that took my 4th wisdom tooth. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I am satisfied to say that I am no longer afraid of the dentist because of my experience here and for that I give 5 stars if I could I would give 10! I am eternally grateful for my dentist and I will continue to choose this location as long as I live I. HOUSTON"

Who reached out and told me it would cost $190 just for a consultation?! After I just had a full exam and x-rays on the dental side? "For me, Mint Dentistry has been amazing. I had a bad experience as a teen with my old Dentistry back home, which had me frightened to go back to a dentist office. Because of that issue, I allowed my teeth situation to worsen due to not wanting to visit the dentist. This is not true at Mint Dentistry. They value their patients and reassure a positive visit while having services rendered. Mint Dentistry has a savings club that assists with costs and services. I've had three extractions completed. All which were successful as well as two deep cleanings. Appts are necessary and normally there is NO wait time if on time for your apt. Music, Pandora, Netflix (TVs in your service room), heated massage chairs, xray view on your room TV' - only seen by you, your dentist/hygienist) are provided. I definitely recommend Mint Dentistry for your dental needs."

I have been visiting Dr Kweik for years and she is the most amazing, caring dentist I've ever had in my life. She helped me through orthodontic work (braces), extractions and even fillings. I am finally cavity free and getting good reports. MINT is an amazing dentistry. I would recommend them a thousand times over again if you truly care about your oral health. As I entered I noticed that I was hearing inspirational Christian music. At first I thought it was my phone but it was actually the office. I was surprised. The front desk got me squared away and as soon as I finished the paper work I was called to a room. I like the fact the whole office is open so you don't feel isolated. Now I could mention the amenities like the flat screen smart tvs that allow you to watch a movie or jam some Spotify, but if you have seen their ad or heard their commercials then you already know. If not go check them out. On my first visit all went well till I found out what I wanted done was not going to be possible the way I had hoped. However on my second visit I saw a different doctor whom put together a plan that made me smile. I just had my third visit to get extractions done because I am getting permanent bridge work done. As I am waiting to go through all sorts of pain, one of the assistants asked if I would like some music. Sure anything to ease my mind how about some contemporary gospel. She gladly put it on a channel. I must mention that as my dentist was doing the work we both started singing one of the gospel songs that came on lol. If you get a doc, dentist, nurse that don't mind a lil worship while they work ,they are some keepers. Now if you say extraction I think of another E word excruciating pain 😂. On the contrary when I asked when they were going to start sticking my gums with the needles , the doc replied that he was already done. Whatttt!!! No pain. I had just come from a different dentist office and the dentist there couldn’t even tell me where the pain was coming where and he let me leave without any medication or antibiotics. I called and received an immediate appt. with Mint and there I met Dr. Hunt. He listened, even when I thought I knew where the pain was coming from but when I got done he patiently and calmly told me that it was my wisdom tooth. He then give me a referral, pain medication and a prescription for antibiotics. Thank you Dr. Hunt for making me laugh through the pain."

I read many reviews before deciding to go with MINT, I live in the heights and went to that location, however the doctor who was best at performing my type of procedure was at the Cypress location so I had to schedule an appointment with them next. My entire experience at Heights location was also absolutely great by the way. So I had about a month to mentally prepare for this thing, I just needed them gone, but of course my anxiety was through the roof the day before. Every single part of my experience at Cypress From walk in to walk out was nothing short of exceptional . Nobody was trying to haggle you into getting unnecessary work which I really appreciated. Dr. Young and Spencer were simply so amazing with me. They were so patient, and SO kind, and even funny. They treated me extremely well and made me feel so comfortable that I could never thank them enough. Everything was explained to me, before, during, after and they just truly made the scariest experience so much better. "Wow. Just amazing!! I had to get an emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth because it was cracked. Literally the most painful experience since child labor, so I NEEDED it to come out ASAP. I was able to schedule my appointment at the Woodlands location. I was warmly welcomed when I checked in from the amazing receptionists. My xrays went smoothly, I was able to watch Sister Sister on Netflix lol, and I can’t even begin with how amazing Dr. Hernandez was! "The overall experience was great. The staff, the atmosphere was excellent. However, I wasn’t too happy with the way my two extractions were performed. I feel an extensive amount of push, pull and force was applied just to remove the teeth, she kept going from one side of the chair to the other trying to pull the teeth, and I was in the chair seemed like forever and my gums were slightly scratched in that area with slight bruising to my cheek! In comparison, I had another wisdom tooth pulled from Southern Dental and my doctor there had hands of a feather. She put a SMALL amount of pressure ONE TIME and the tooth was out!! She did it so smooth, I was literally waiting on her to pull it out and she was already done!! After the numbing process was complete, it took her less than five minutes to perform the extraction, and amazingly, I had NO POST OP PAIN or SWELLING AT ALL!!! PERFECT!!! I do understand all dentist are different with different skills. The dentist who performed my surgery was sweet as pie, but was a bit heavy handed. I have to have the remaining two wisdom teeth extracted, but I have to be honest and say I’m a bit skeptical about returning. This was my first time visiting Mint Dentistry and it was nothing short of the radio advertisement. Everything was exactly like the advertisement stated. I was just slightly unhappy with the surgery performance. Now for the post op healing. Let’s see how that goes!! ❤️"

I went in for a normal cleaning, but guess what! after speaking with Shalom she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I finally agreed to have my wisdom tooth that was half way in my gum pulled. "It was a great visit! I am typically scared of going to the dentist, but they took care of me very well. Jasmaine did my Xrays and answered any question I had. She put Greys anatomy for me and made me feel welcome. When she did the X-Rays, given that I have a small mouth she took very good care of me. Dr. Nwagwu looked at my X-Rays. Told me about what procedures I needed and have me a recommendation of where I can get my wisdom tooth removed. She made me feel at ease by giving me that information. Erika Stigall she did my cleaning and would answer my questions/give me advice about how to brush my teeth. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed but was compassionate and understanding. I would recommending this place to anyone! LOVE IT! Had a great time!"

"I had my first appointment at MINT Dentistry last week. First, let me preface this REVIEW with my family is in the Dental Field as Dr’s and Hygienist. I am also in the healthcare field. My expectation levels are very high for any provider I choose to trust with my care. Additional I do not like going to the Dentist, have avoided going for many years not utilizing my dental benefits. Over the years of Dentist avoidance, I did a lot of self-maintenance by brushing and flossing because of my anxiety. The Dental Office environment is over stimulating with drilling and cleaning tools. I have oral sensitivities that cause even a simple cleaning over stimulating with “tickling” my hard upper palate and specific areas of my teeth and gums during cleaning. It was time for a checkup. I was warmly and professionally greeted by Portia when I walked in the door. The office décor is warm and relaxing which is not my priority but appreciated. I don’t remember all the names of everyone I encountered, but all team members were very professional making me feel safe. My Dental Assistant was friendly, high energy, proficient in her role, and understanding I was anxious even just taking x-rays and dental impressions. I was impressed she had her Bachelors Degree and was beginning to further her education in the Dental field. The Doctor came into the room reviewed my x-ray and thoroughly educated me to a problem I did not report from an old wisdom tooth removal I was tolerating. I identified the problem myself, but she took the time to educate. No cavities….YEAH! But…ohhhh now the cleaning. I explained to the Dr why the Dental Cleaning is hard for me. I was not in fear of the cleaning, but my anxiety and oral sensitivity have kept me out of the dental chair. She was 100% understanding, and nonjudgmental I needed the nitrous gas to be comfortable. Though nitrous is usually not covered under most dental plans, I believe a small price to pay and cheaper than risking a cavity. Sydney came to collect my payment was professional, friendly, and quick. Jenn, my hygienist superstar, walked into the room. You can immediately tell she is a people person. She is additionally high energy and patiently listened to what was making me anxious. Her cleaning skills were just as impressive and skilled. She called out any periodontal probe numbers that were above three because she understood I was worried about having high numbers. The nitrous didn’t sleep me but allowed me to tolerated the exam with so much ease. Jenn educated me every step of the way friendly and informative. I will 100% tell everyone who is reading this I will have no hesitation in going back for my six months follow up. You can train staff to have customer service skills, but only staff who are genuinely customer friendly can pull off exceptional customer service to every patient. "This was the very best dental visit I have ever experienced! Beautiful place, friendliest staff, and most thorough exam. I go to the dentist every 6 months and this is the first dentist that noticed a cavity in a hard to see wisdom tooth, that she mentioned had to be there at least 3 years. How did that get missed for so long? The dentist went above and beyond by explaining the rationale on common things they recommend, to more complex. It’s great to be a participant in your own care. They have the most up to date equipment too. I usually dread Xrays in my mouth due to the overgrowth of bone tissue I have (Torri?) and how it causes discomfort but their digital Xrays prevent that. Also, the perks to this place are impressive. Netflix or Hulu on iPads during your wait and during cleaning, to the massage chair, and free bleach trays. They also give you refill bleach syringes every visit. No one likes going to the dentist, and this was my first cavity but the visit wasn’t a negative experience due to their business model of making your experience not only comfortable but enjoyable. I’ll never go to a mom and pop dental place again, I’m sold on Mint."

Because of that issue, I allowed my teeth situation to worsen due to not wanting to visit the dentist. This is not true at Mint Dentistry. They value their patients and reassure a positive visit while having services rendered. Mint Dentistry has a savings club that assists with costs and services. I've had three extractions completed. All which were successful as well as two deep cleanings. Appts are necessary and normally there is NO wait time if on time for your apt. Music, Pandora, Netflix (TVs in your service room), heated massage chairs, xray view on your room TV' - only seen by you, your dentist/hygienist) are provided. He had not been to any dentist in more than 20 years; not a fan of dentists.As it turns out, he needs several dental procedures....root canal, filling, extractions, and deep cleanings. No big surprise after twenty plus years. The office manager was a champ to break down all of the procedures into manageable chunks with us and taking into consideration our insurance coverages and limitations, she helped us come up with a treatment plan. She also helped us out with a very doable payment plan to help with costs that will be out-of-pocket over what the insurance will pay.Today, we arrived for his root canal. He was again reluctant, but much less anxious after his initial appointment last week. As they proceeded with his procedure, Dr. Moore determined that a root canal was not necessary as they had thought it would be. She explained the findings and suggested to hold off because she does not like to do unnecessary procedures. We appreciated that on several levels!Sharda was super attentive as she assisted Dr.Moore. She was very helpful and even was concerned with my comfort as I waited. She offered me water and asked if I would like to listen to music or watch a movie while I waited. Victoria is the hygienist who performed his deep cleanings. She is also very good.The staff welcomes questions and I like that.My husband really appreciated using their headphines to listen to music to drown out the noise of the instruments that they must use. He also gives the massage chairs a thumbs up."

My only issue with this place was that I went for wisdom tooth pain, but I was told it was just normally growing in and didn't need to be taken out. Two days later, I actually ended up at Emergency Dental Care USA, and had the tooth extracted because it was stuck, not quite impacted. But I'm not at all upset, the X-rays did make the tooth look normal and not bothersome to other teeth. But besides that little hiccup, I'll recommend Mint dentistry to everyone!"

It was not long before I was asked to come to the back for X-rays. The staff was very polite and considerate. They were professional, and it is easy to see that cleanliness is very important to every staff member. I had the pleasure of dealing with April, Dr. H, and wonderfully experienced Dental Hygienist, whose name I do not recall sadly. They were all concerned about my comfort and performed their jobs exceptionally well. After my tooth extraction, Dr. H was very considerate in asking how I was feeling after the procedure.
