The office is clean, Stylish and above all they have staff which care. The Dr explains clearly what you need, as well as what the Xrays show - they all listen too you very well.. I can't say enough about the front desk crew pretty ladies!! I had some issues in the beginning but they walked me through all of my hurdles.. "In the words of "MY" quarterback (Dak Prescott) HERE WE GOOOOOOOOO!!!! Mint Dentistry at "THIS" location is AMAZING!!!! I was greeted by a staff of amazing ladies with GORGEOUS smiles! Sam checked me in and made sure to cover all paperwork associated with my visit. I waited for roughly 5 mins before images were taken by another young lady (so sorry I forgot to get her name) that was also very detailed in making sure the images would turn out perfect. Dr. Chen came in and discussed things he saw from my images and spoke on what will need to be done for me to get my sexy smile back lol! Faron (I hope I spelled her name right) cleaned my teeth and had the most delicate touch while doing so. She asked if I was ok multiple times just to make sure I wasn't in any pain or experiencing discomfort. After my cleaning, Kristen spoke with me about my active treatment plan and payment options which I appreciate tremendously. My follow-up appointment to start my treatment plan AND follow-up cleaning were both scheduled before I could get up from the WONDERFUL massage chair. If you are terrified to go to the dentist, putting your dental hygiene in the hands of the wonder staff at Mint Dentistry at this location will ease all of your worries. "Called around on the morning of Aug 3d because one of the teeth on my lower right side had decided to start to hurt...it also happens to be the abutment tooth that my bridge sits on. I looked for in-netwoork dentists on my insurance's website. One practice didn't have an appointment until the middle of Aug and then I would have had to wait for an appointment with the surgeon to extract the tooth in Sep. After some more calls, the Brentwood MINT location was able to get me in the next morning. I provided the requested information during the call, then followed the link in the welcome email and completed the forms electronically that you usually fill out at your first visit. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. I can very much recommend MiNT Dentistry in Brentwood Update 06/17/24: MiNT texted reminder on 06/14 that I was overdue for cleaning. Got appointment for 06/15; staff was courteous and professional as always and my teeth got a horoughly cleaning."

"I've notice alot of fancy high end dentist offices popping up and that's fine and dandy but I'm not too interested in all the foo foo when it comes to my time . First I got like a million notices to confirm on my phone the reminders are excessive . Second it's 3 of us getting basic cleaning and xrays we get there 946 for a 10am appointment they called us at 1030 so in the beginning the process was smooth though they was 30 mins behind and seem over booked. Everyone was cool once the xrays was done they put the cloth on to clean but all of sudden this receptionist come to me with the treat ment plans for me and my kids. I thought that was just out of order to let me know that part while I'm about to start the clean laying back in the chair. However she leaves me back there they take the cloth off and act as if they wasn't going to clean my teeth she even said they are behind and ask if I want to come back THAT'S A NO( I took off work for this I'm not coming back ( I'm not sure if they was trying to get me to commit to the the treat ment plans but I told them from the gate I'm just here for cleaning and xrays and I will review all of it once I'm home and budget what I can do I said that like 4 times. Well I waited nearly an hour no one came back to clean my teeth I got up and demanded someone to come do the job well I had to wait another 30 mins. The dentist that clean my teeth was really nice but the office need order We was there from 945 till 130p Awful please get structure more employees and things will be good"

Hygienist was so gentle while cleaning my teeth (no bleeding) and no feeling like I just had a dental workout. Took my insurance and allowed me to pay for other services in advance. Wonderful office. "This was my 1st experience here and as soon as you walk in the waiting room is done so nice . They definitely pride themselves in looks. They also give u a choice of watching tv or listening to music as well as giving you the option to use the massage function on their chair. Tiana was the medical assistant and i just loved her she was so sweet from the time she braught me back until i was done. After meeting her i have no doubt in my mind the dr was going to be as nice as she was . They also accommodated my back problems as well and made sure i was comfortable throughout my whole cleaning . This will definitely be a regular place for me ."

"I usually don’t like visiting Dentists but I have to for my regular cleanings and healthy gums. This was my 1st time at this dental practice and this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Dental office. "My FIRST unmedicated dental appointment (due to pregnancy) was a really amazing experience. Paperwork was not the best at first so I was skeptical but the care was the best I have received. Dr. Bryant was super super super understanding of my extremely high dental anxiety. I have issues with things touching my gums and the pure sound of any of the equipment. They help me drown all that out. Dr. Bryant even did my cleaning to ensure I was in and out as soon as humanly possible. The assistant Haretta just kept her self close and polished my teeth in record time. They offer Netflix and Pandora for TV but I had my headphones in. The chapstick is a great addition cause my lips be tore up after most appointments. This was also the first time I was not UPSOLD or oversold procedures that I didn’t need. I have never been to a dentist and they said you are good to go with just the cleaning. Ashley at checkout had all my stuff ready for me to GRAB AND GO so I didn’t have to wait and listen to the drills or water suction."

"I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the clinic. The two ladies at the reception desk were very pleasant and welcoming. The lady closest to the front door assisted me with the check-in process, provided me with the necessary paperwork, and kindly offered me a water. I regret not remembering the name of the lady who conducted my X-rays, but she was exceptionally kind and patient. She explained the entire procedure in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Dr. Win was incredibly friendly and professional. She thoroughly examined my mouth, reviewed my X-rays, and provided her honest assessment. She also positively acknowledged some previous dental work I had done before moving to this area, which further instilled trust in her expertise. My hygienist, Ms. Karen, was also wonderful. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and engaged in friendly conversation throughout the process, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and am already scheduled for my next appointment in six months."

"I cane here back in 2022 they made me feel very comfortable for cavities and cleaning as I am very scared the only problem I have is their payment plan is no longer monthly it’s only 2 payments one payment is half of the work you need done down that day of appointment and then the rest is due when you get it done which I hate wish they had 3rd party payments other then care credit as I can’t afford"
"I waited about 50 minutes before I was seen. But once I was called to the back, everything was great. There’s music, massage chairs & Uderra was so pleasant. He definitely helped turn around my experience. Actually, all of the staff I interacted with was really nice & helpful. I did not care for the dentist that saw me but I won’t mention his name. He was quick to respond without making sure he understood the question. His time with me felt rushed and there was no assurance with his responses. From the clean and tidy office with a very polite and professional admin staff, to the tech (so sorry,but I forgot his name), to the cleaning tech Cynthia, and then the dentist Dr.Jackson, everyone was just so professional, courteous, informative, and efficient. "I had a tooth emergency yesterday and MINT Dentistry, Decatur location, came to my rescue. I called about 10am and was given a 12:30 appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. I showed up in excruciating pain (3 days worth), with a hole in my tooth begging for a root canal. I anticipated being given a consultation and plan of care before being sent home with a follow-up appointment. Dr. Perlow went above and beyond and along with her assistant, Lanai, was able to do the procedure during the visit! This was my 1st encounter with MINT Dentistry and it will not be my last. From the manager, Sharon, who came back to hold my hand and whisper words of encouragement to Dominique, who tweaked my care plan, everyone was pleasant and professional! Dr. Perlow was hilarious and her Playlist is pretty good. Don't take my word for it. Give them a try! I'm back at work today, pain free!"

"I have major dentist anxiety. Several previous dentist have caused excessive pain in my past visits. Not only Mint , but others as well. It's been 4 years since my last dental visit, until 2 days ago. Today, for the first time that I can remember, was pain free. I had 2 cavities repaired. Felt nothing!! I had the cleaning and x-rays done 2 days ago. No complaints. The hygienist was quick and courteous. Front desk was awesome, I was kinda grumpy because I thought I was in for a painful appointment . They were very nice, even when I wasn't."

"I can genuinely say that today has been the absolute BEST experience I’ve had at a dentist during my adult life. I was amazed how wonderful the staff is, as well as the doctor! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the front receptionist/office manager with her friendliness and kindness as well, also, when she checked me out and went over my treatment plan. When I got called to the back, my assistant, I didn’t get her name, was super friendly, took my X-rays really fast and knew exactly what to do when she took my impression trays for my teeth whitening trays. The office manager informed me that the doctor had time to start my treatment and as comfortable as I was, I did my treatment right then and there. I’ve had a traumatic experience with dentists as a child and even adult but I couldn’t have been more thankful for the doctor and his gentle hand and was fast paced. When I got my cleaning, the hygienist Jackie was so nice and gentle as well; when she told me that I was a candidate for just a regular prophy cleaning (I’ve had a deep cleaning before and it was HORRIBLE), I was so relieved and relaxed. "First of all their discount plan is amazing for people who don’t have dental insurance. They recently did a root canal for me at $1100. But more impressive than the affordable care for those without insurance is the warmth and approachability of everyone in the office from the people at the front desk all the way up to the dentists. But I was most desirous of leaving a review because of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth today at the Pearland office. Her name is Carin. She didn’t make me feel “judged” for not having had my teeth cleaned in over a year. She did such a good and thorough job and my teeth look awesome now. She was very quick to notice the slightest discomfort I had when a couple of my more sensitive teeth made me react just slightly. She took care to numb my gums with a gel so she could complete the cleaning of those teeth with a manual instrument rather than the motorized tool which caused discomfort to a few of my teeth. She is obviously not there just for a paycheck, but truly enjoys taking great care of her patients and explaining everything she is doing. I’m a guy who easily gets nervous and jumpy about lots of things, but Carin had me at ease from start to finish. I hope the management and dentists over her know what a valuable part of the team she is. I’m sure they do. I’ll be returning to the Pearland office for regular cleanings and any dental problems I might have, well into the future."

I came in with tooth pain. I was 100% sure I would need a root canal, but Dr. Joshi instead did a full exam and recommended a deep cleaning with a special toothpaste trial first. Its a week later and while im not fully healed (on one side) my teeth dont feel like they’re vibrating when they touch. There was no pain during my healing but it felt like I was teething the first week. Biting my tongue to apply pressure to my gums. I stopped taking pains meds the second day so I assume none of that is present if you medicate. Gums tingling and vibrating when the top and bottom click when I start chewing too hard. Came in last minute and they were prepared to do my treatment on the same day. I got an extraction on each side & full cleaning on both sides in the same day. I have absolutely no pain but occasionally taking meds to make sure it stays. Great staff. There wasn’t a long wait either"

My oldest son has Sensory Processing Disorder, and my second oldest son has an extreme aversion to the dentist due to an oral issue he was born with. He has had to have a ton of dental work. "What can I say! My new insurance no longer covered my old dentist office and I was heartbroken because they have been my dentist for about ten years. The ambience was perfect for me. The technology was great to see because some of the older dentist offices don’t use the more advanced equipment. My cleaning and cavity was done in the same appointment (that’s never happened for me in the past) and they have a team of qualified dental professionals that move in and out getting s$&/ done. The only caveat was some procedures have to be paid upfront and the patient is responsible for filing the insurance. I definitely understand, but it’d be nice if that process was different."

I had to have a deep cleaning and also went through invisalign treatment. Since then I have also gotten a couple of crowns to repair old fillings. My teeth now look better than they ever have before. They staff was down to earth and knowledgeable and professional and GENTLE . We all know how it can be painful when other hygienist do cleaning.. I’m not going to make this a long review but they even quoted me a crown replacement cheaper than my car note.. and I was out of network.. The front desk had a reasonable and affordable co-payments soon as the treatment plan was submitted. The staff works great together. Sorry I couldn’t stay today for my treatment because of prior arrangements, however they scheduled me an appointment within 72 hours. Much love Mint Followed up with my appointment for a filling and cleaning. Honestly, I can say the time management is superb. As I was numbing for my filling, they did my cleaning, my filling and did the polishing afterwards. All was done without me feeling rushed at all. My dental assistant (pretty blond young lady) I can’t remember her name was absolutely amazing! This was the most painless teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. The power went out during the appointment and she didn’t miss a beat. She switched over the the hand tools and I was finished in no time! Nobody really enjoys going to the dentist but since we have to go I would highly recommend this one. They also have massage pads on the chair and they played Sza during my appointment. 10 out of 10 reccoment!"

"This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I had to get a filling replaced from a bad job and Dr. Barker was amazing and his assistant Windy was amazing.. I have had a horrible experience that has made me afraid to come to dentist and get anything more than a cleaning.. that fear now has been calmed. Dr. Barker listened , truly listened to me when I told him how I can tell when I am numb enough. From the beginning , Windy placed the numbing gel in the correct spot so I never felt the needle of lidocaine in my gums. I was sold!! Dr Barker numb me enough where I never felt anything outside of the normal pressure as they pulled the old filling out, and I barely felt that.. it was an amazing experience and I am happy to be a client…. I’m giving a four because the procedure itself went great but instead of having them do the fillings on the cleaning day I rescheduled because they said it would be a wait that day because they were busy. I made the appointment for two weeks out for both me and my grand daughter with expectations that it wouldn’t be a wait. Our appointments were at 10 a.m. I complained at 10:45 a.m. Someone came to talk to me at 11 a.m. and said it would be another 20 minutes. They got me in and I finished up about 12:30 with two fillings only to find out that they had not started on my grand daughter whose appointment was also at 10:00 a.m. They finished her two fillings at 1:15 p.m. I wasn’t expecting to be there over 3 hours for a couple fillings. We saw two different doctors. They explained to me that they had a lot of early appointments and run late for people who have appointments around 10. They should have said that when I made the appointment."

"I have had the same Dentist in Florida for many many years… but I just switched. I don’t know how to shorten this review, because I was so impressed every step of the way . Never have I been to a dentist or doctors office that everything flowed flawlessly and I felt like I was important to them even though it was the first time I’ve ever been to their office. - I was up visiting my daughter and grandchildren in Georgia and I chipped my front tooth. I started calling around to find a dentist in Georgia. I called Mint Dental and the young lady was able to get me in at 10:00 am same day, she was super nice and very empathetic. I arrived for my appointment and the gentleman at the desk greeted me with a smile and helped me fill out the forms, I was immediately taken back by another nice young lady and took X-rays. The Dr came in and reviewed the X-rays and came up with a plan. I actually had another tooth in the front that was cracked..😳 I felt so comfortable that I went ahead and had a cleaning done even though I just had one done four months ago in Florida and she was amazing! After the cleaning the Dr came back in and fixed both of my front teeth. I come to Georgia regularly, so I went ahead and scheduled my next cleaning for four months. One of the nicest parts also was they were clearly upfront and honest about the cost and it was very very fair . I know not many people like going to the dentist, but I would highly recommend Mint Dental in Canton -great staff, and a great doctor and best of all, he is very gentle. 😉 and I didn’t leave feeling like I have to keep coming back to have things done."

"Called around on the morning of Aug 3d because one of the teeth on my lower right side had decided to start to hurt...it also happens to be the abutment tooth that my bridge sits on. I looked for in-netwoork dentists on my insurance's website. One practice didn't have an appointment until the middle of Aug and then I would have had to wait for an appointment with the surgeon to extract the tooth in Sep. After some more calls, the Brentwood MINT location was able to get me in the next morning. I provided the requested information during the call, then followed the link in the welcome email and completed the forms electronically that you usually fill out at your first visit. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. I also called to make sure they were able to verify my dental insurance as I didn't want any surprises in the morning. I got here a little early. Plenty of parking in a brand new parking lot, a newly renovated small building with a new 2-story addition. When you walk in, everything is new and modern. You can have a snack and there are small bottles of water, chap stick as well, the staff is friendly and professional. When it was time to hop in the chair, the tech listened to my issue and took x-rays of the problem area. When the dentist came in, I explained what was going on and what I would like to happen. After examining my xrays and teeth, she explained my options and that she would be able to see me in the afternoon. After agreeing on the treatment, she left and the receptionist came in with the treatment plan and cost. Will update once I have my tooth extracted. I plan on becoming a regular patient. Already told my husband. His dentist stopped taking our insurance about 4 months ago and didn't tell him until after the procedure. Update: arrived back at MiNT a little after 3 for my 330, signed the consent forms for the procedure, and was called to the chair on time. The assistant had me read and sign the dry socket information and extraction aftercare instructions. She then numbed my gums in preparation for the anesthesia shots. She also let me hold her hand while the doc administered them, bcs I am terrified of needles. Doc did her thing and out came bridge and tooth. She prescribed antibiotic, but I declined ibuprofen scrip coz I still got some. I also got a laminated card with the aftercare instructions to take with me. Very thorough! I had never heard of dry socket b4, but now I know what to do to avoid this painful condition. It can happen when you do not properly take care of the extraction site. I also made an appointment for my next cleaning in Jan. B4 then, I will stop by the practice to also post my experience to Instagram, show it to the receptionist, and get a $50 credit toward the cost of my next visit. I know this was only my first time there, but I was in pain & intense distress and everyone at the practice appeared to be interested in getting me better. "Firstly, I have never enjoyed going to the dentist so my review is an honest one. Upon arriving I was greeted by amber and hazel, both were very welcoming and ensure I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was met by dental assistance Frankie on one day and then Harrieta the second one, during both times they ensure I was prepped for work being done, relaxing music, heated/vibrating switch for chair (I know, like what?? ). They numb my mouth to prepare for anesthesia very well done. Then on to Justin (hygienist) the level of dedication to his craft was phenomenal. He took multiple X-ray to ensure a very detailed cleaning. Explained the maintenance needed for oral health and gave a goody bag. Finally DR.Shan, she explained in detail the status of my teeth, I had concerns for one of my tooth and she did not try to get me to do work I didn’t need, only stated that we will keep an eye out for it. The anesthesia provided allowed for very minimal pain. I am sensitive to pain so it is saying a lot. All in all it was very pleasant and I highly recommend this location!!"

First of all, the calming atmosphere is what I needed after having some inexperienced and bad work done in the past at another dentist. The warm family environment makes you feel like you’re at home and automatically you’re put at ease. The staff is kind, warm, extremely patient/loving and has a good sense of humor. The best part of my Mint experience was that Grace fixed my bad dental work with patience and *grace* and she hooked me up where insurance fell short. She took a major discount just to put me first and I’ve never experienced that at a dentist before. This is a real family dentist where you as a customer are also family.
