"I have been going to Mint dentistry in Cypress for about the past year. Every time I go in for a dental cleaning or appointment the staff is always very friendly and professional.I recently had 2 bone impacted wisdom teeth surgically extracted by Dr. Vangorp ( a procedure that I was absolutely terrified about having done & had put off for nearly a decade ). He was wonderful to work with. He was extremely patient, compassionate, knowledgeable & did a fantastic job with my surgical extraction. He maintained good repoire & kept the "lines of communication" open throughout the entire process and during the post-op recovery answering any questions & addressing all my concerns. He and the staff at Mint Dentistry did a wonderful job taking care of me.I've also been a patient of Dr. De Pedro. "I am really happy I found Mint Dentistry!I had been calling around trying to get my teeth cleaned, but every office I contacted was booked months out, with some not having appointments available until September. I remembered seeing Mint Dentistry while driving down Covington Highway and decided to give them a call. To my surprise, they were able to get me in the very next day, which was exactly what I needed.From the start, everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful. Camille, the manager, along with Jada and the front desk staff, were kind, professional, and very upfront about pricing. I never felt pressured or confused about anything.Frances did my X-rays and exam. She was gentle, efficient, and made the whole process easy. Dr. Griffith was upbeat, personable, and made me feel comfortable right away. Olivia handled my whitening trays, and the whole process was quick and easy.What surprised me most was the atmosphere. I can tell they’ve read over my chart/history before I get any type of service done. My anxiety has dropped tremendously since becoming a customer of the Lilburn location.Sheena, the Office Manager, operates with a warm efficiency that keeps things running smoothly without making me feel like just a number. Keep her happy, and you’ll keep us happy - ☺️.On this last visit, Nerissa administered the in-office whitening procedure and walked me through it every step of the way. She has an excellent chair side demeanor and helped me relax even more. She was patient with me, and that made me feel appreciated as a customer.Patient care seems to be a reoccurring theme at the Lilburn office, extending across departments. The dental hygienist, Erica took her time while cleaning my teeth, and I didn’t experience any pain or slips of cleaning tool against my gums. (I forgot his name) and his assistant was very nice and also very informative. Now my hygienist Aja she was amazing and informative. I had a cleaning let me say she did that. Gentle yet thorough. In all my years I never had a hygienist inform me about types of toothbrush or how not to brush hard giving reason why. Like 😙 wow. Aja you rock. I have very sensitive teeth, and even for regular cleanings I usually need anesthesia because of the pain. This time, Charlotte worked her magic — she did a deep cleaning with no anesthesia and, unbelievably, no pain at all. Her hands are truly amazing.Afterward, Dr. Zubillaga did an excellent job diagnosing a tooth that I thought needed to be extracted and gave it a second chance. "Mint Dentistry in College Park was honestly a great experience overall. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything feel smooth from check-in to checkout. Customer service was top tier, and you can tell they really try to make patients comfortable and taken care of.My cleaning went well, and the office itself was clean, modern, and organized. The only downside for me was that I wasn’t offered protective glasses or a shield during the cleaning. The overhead light was extremely bright and ended up giving me a migraine afterward..Other than that, I’d absolutely give them 5 stars for service, professionalism, and overall experience. "If you are a patient of Dr. Fatima , be sure to get second opinion on your treatment. She claimed that both of my kids developed cavities after 6 months. They came for cleaning , had such a great report, then on fallow up cleaning I received prognosis of cavities on both of them . I asked to see X-ray , couldn’t see anything myself . She claimed that the shadow I see is the cavity that must be treated .. I didn’t trust her , had weird feeling about some dishonest practice being performed. Came back almost 9 months later , saw Dr. Nguyen and he confirmed that my child has no cavities and too keep up good work . I don’t like the feeling of not being able to trust a doctor , and I’m glad I didn’t give the ok to drill in her teeth .I think mint is a great place to go but trust your gut, get second opinion if you feel uneasy about it ."

I have never had a Hygienist to handle my teeth with so much care and be so gentle. I had no discomfort the whole time, I kept thinking this can't be real. "This review is written from the perspective of someone who only had X-rays and cleaning because my teeth are perfect, I am perfect. I am the chosen one.I made my appointment online at midnight at a time when u should be texting your ex. I was sceptical of a same day appointment, but I got there at 8 and the front desk was very professional and friendly. No one rolled their eyes at me like I was a scrub tryna get some love. The check in was easy they didn't ask me much. I had to fill out a form on an iPad. And I waited about 20 minutes to be taken to the back. No issues with the wait time. Wait times are normal at ANY office. The office was clean and very nice and modern.First of all the method of adult distraction was extraordinary. They played the first 48hours on a big tv but it was the early 2000's episodes with the nokia snake phones and sidekicks. I felt calm as I tried to figure out who murdered Paula -mother of three and left her body in the woods. My mind drifted off and I didn't think about how a stranger was about to dig in my mouth with a sharp hook.The X-ray technician was so nice and helpful. The dentist didn't try to take my money when I asked about whitening. The doctor told me my teeth weren't that yellow because I'm perfect and he said the in office whitening might damage my enamel and offered me complimentary at home whitening. The young lady who did my X-rays made a mold of my teeth for the home whitening and then the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth and told me I was naughty for not visiting the dentist in over four years. But I am perfect and I was distracted by the confession of Paula's killer. The hygenist scheduled me for my next cleaning 6 months out. She gave me an amazing gift bag and it had my teeth whitening kit in it. When I got home I received an email with a PDF for how to whiten my teeth. I am very impressed with the entire experience.Restroom was cleanFront desk was friendly no one had nail salon cluster eyelashes for 35 dollars with the thick black glue- these women were classy and dressed nice. They took pride In their appearance and dressed to match the vibe.First 48 on the tv was everything I never knew I needed.Appointment was the same day made online through Google maps. Easy.The dentist was honest with me.The wait was normal.Gift bag was fire 🔥Cool interior aestheticThe process was smoother than I'm used to at a doctor or dentist.
